It was then, that Percy realised - Olympus was in Chaos: only his father, Aphrodite , Hera ( he wasn't to pleased about that) and Ares ( same follows) remained. Leo had just sacrificed himself to defeat Gaia and win the Giant War, however no-one could find his body- but that's for another day. In the end of the Giant War, 8 of the 12 Olympians sacrificed themselves to destroy their foe- now though, without them, Chaos ruled Olympus ( not the primordial Chaos). All the demigods of Camp Half-Blood and Camp Jupiter could hear was arguments in the now empty throne room.

"ENOUGH" bellowed Percy, " Why can't you just SHUT UP and listen for once", Annabeth tried to calm Percy but he just pushed her away. "Do you all have a Death Wish? Why can't you stop arguing and DO SOMETHING for once in your damn immortal lives?"
Poseidon turned to face him "Percy..." he was lost for words... it wasn't like his calm son to yell like this... "Whats... go-tten into you?"
" I'm sick of this damn arguing- its always 'Oh, blah blah blah, or Meh, their just our kid' so how about instead of being all HIGH AND MIGHTY, you shut your immortal mouth and listen!!" he raged back. " Right, so now your all BLOODY LISTENING, I can begin: you've just lost 8 major gods/goddesses of Olympus yet you do nothing about it... that has to change... so... what are we going to do about it?"
" Why you little.... DONT SPEAK T..." Ares was silenced when Artemis wrapped a stroke of silver moonlight around his mouth...
"W..ait, Artemis... your alive? I swore I saw you die?!"
"Boo-hoo-hoo you infuriating little male, I'm not as weak as you seem to think but.. I'll let it slide," Artemis replied, "however, when I unleash Ares... he's going to want to kill you... so be warned."


That was when all Hel broke loose and Ares swung his sword...

Sorry to leave it on a cliffhanger.. and well done to anyone who spotted my little referance to Rick's latest series "Magnus Chase" also it may or may not be a little hint to the future...
