Hey! I'm Nala (alias) aaannnddd I'm a thirteen year old girl who loves to read, write, draw (though I'm not very good), and fangirl (A LOT). I love writing stories, and if you were to go through my room (I recommend you don't), you would find un-finished stories EVERYWHERE!

I love reading things like Harry Potter, The Hunger Games, Divergent, Percy Jackson (duh!), Heroes of Olympus (again, duh), Kane Chronicles, Mortal Instruments, Infernal Devices, The Maze Runner... I could go ON and ON and ON... If I did, we'd be here all day.

Very slowly using two fingers, Annabeth drew her dagger. Instead of dropping it, she tossed it as far as she could into the water.

Annabeth tried for a dumb-blonde smile, like: Oh, silly me. Nobody who knew her would have been fooled. But Octavian seemed to buy it. He huffed in exasperation.
"You other two..." He pointed his blade a Hazel and Piper. "Put your weapons on the dock. No funny bus--"
All around the Romans, Charleston Harbor erupted like a Las Vegas fountain putting on a show. When the wall of seawater subsided, the three Romans were in the bay, spluttering and frantically trying to stay afloat in their armor. Percy stood on the dock, holding Annabeth's dagger.
"You dropped this," he said, totally poker-faced.”

I think of myself as a daughter of Athena since my mom's name is literally Athena (no joke), but I also like swimming, so Poseidon's a possibility too, not to mention the fact that I steal from from friends and family sometimes. I've also done it to one of my teachers once... never doing that again... Hermes may also be out there.
On October 4, 2010, my mom took me to meet the Christian song-writer Jonny Diaz (it was supposed to be a concert), well, sadly, we got there late and missed the concert. I was heartbroken. While we were in the lobby, me crying and my mom disappointed, Jonny walks out. My mom explains the situation, introduces me, and Jonny takes an unauthorized picture with me, then takes me backstage and sings my all-time favorite song (More Beautiful You) to me personally. It was an amazing experience. He signed my CD and gave me a hug; I was crying tears of joy by the time we left the church. It definitely didn't turn out as planned, but it was a once in a life-time experience.

- I'm a brunette with curly hair
- I'm a Christian (no, I don't hate on those who aren't.)
- I'm writing a book. My dream is to become a best-selling author.
- I have a cat named Zeus (he's a HUGE trouble maker) :)
- I hate cold weather, but love rain
I'm have MAJOR paranoia when it comes to people borrowing my books. I hate lending out my books. I get scared that the person will either destroy it, or never return it.
I am fluent in the languages of English and Sarcasm. I love using sarcasm.
I have brown curly hair and chocolate brown eyes. I would like to have straight hair, buuuut that didn't happen. I have scattered scars on my arms and legs from where Zeus (my cat) got me with his claws. He doesn't mean to, but it happens.
