When I arrived at the Big House, Chiron had just finished speaking with the new head counsilers. I had receeded from pertaning to camp activities when I was eighteen. I got tired of being looked up to for advice and all the answers. And since being a child of Poseidon, was enough of a hastle, Chiron understood. He wasn't about to argue with someone that could've walked out on camp long ago. Walking into Chiron's office, I noticed Annabeth was already, changed and well enough to cover up the hints of guilt. Calmly I took a seat next to her, as Chiron closed the door behind him. His office was recently remodeled to allow him, to freely walk around without javing to conceal his horse's hid. After a minute, he arched his hind heels and began to morph into a wheelchaired man.

Looking at Annabeth he sighed. "Alright, what is it you two wanted to talk about?" Annabeth held a prideful eye as she took a moment to pick out the right words. It only took her ten minutes, wich was amazing, since she was naturally good with words. "chiron, how long have we've known each other. Twelve years now?" she murmured. Annabeth was obviously speaking for herself. That would've meant that I met Chiron when I was seven, but that was incorrect since I was twelve when I first met him. I listened to every word she said, which wasn't that hard considering she was right next to me. After she finished relaying every explicit detail of her dream, Chiron gazed at her profoundly in thought.

After a moment Chiron hummed. "I see, so this might be more important than I though. Unlike your passed quests, this one is more personal." Chrion announced. "This quest is more about the both of you rather than the world. You must seek out your enemy and prove yourselves, to him. Only then will uou two left alone by the gods. This is your quest for peace." Silently Chiron congured up a sly wolf smile, almost like Lupa had once during trainning. It was like had made a vauge reference to something I should've known about. I turned to Annabeth and noticed she got the reference as well. Amazed, I just caved.

"Ok. So where do we start?" I asked uncertain. Chiron gruntted. He held a silent gaze of disappointment, almost like he was sad I had to ask. "Percy, you should know where the gods are placed along Manhattan by now. But if anything, I'd find Hermes first. If he isn't avalible why not try Poseidon, your parents might offer advice on your quest." Taking a calm glance at Annabeth he seemed to have a judgement on his mind. Almost like he could tell something was different about her. "The both of you will be taking on a big challenge. Just remember one thing, nothing is invincible not even the gods." With a raspy smile, Chiron rose. In a whirl of winds, he was transformed back into a horse-like creature. Galloping towards the door, he escorted us out of the big house.

After the conversation with Chiron, I decided to take, Annabeth's advice and begin packing. Tyson had made me a magical backpack in which I woild pack up most of my stuff and anything extra that Annabeth needed. I pscked in her newly upgrades Daedalus laptop. She had made some modifications after the war with the giants. The laptop now was a top of the line highdpeed Hp. It was touch screen and still had a delta symbol on top. When I finally finished packing, I decided I needed a quick swim, before lunch. Before heading to the beach, I walked by the Athena Cabin. The newest head consiler, Sabrina looked at me a bit amazed and intrigued. I was used to it. But not from a child of Athena. Appearently, Annabeth didn't like that either. But she was mature about it since, she was still packing.

"You're still packing?" I murmured. "I guess there isn't any chance of you heading down to the beach for a swim with me."

Annabeth smiled. "Percy, if you help me we could go together." I gazed at her curious if she was being serious or just messing with me. "Well?" She wondered, still putting in some rope clinbing equiptment, extra shirts and some ambrosia and nectar tubes. "What else is there?" I asked.

"The next thing we'd need would be drachma? Or a camping bag." She admitted. "Go to the camp store, ask the Stoll Brothers for the camping bags, I'll resolve the Drachma, just put the bags in yours since it is magical. Also remind Tyson to make me one. I'd be nice to have something like that."

I smiled. "I'll put that on my 'to do' list." Rolling, her eyes, she picked up her bag, and headed out. As she walked by her half-sister, Sabrina she have her an enraged look. I smiled, realizing that Annabeth will never be ok with any girl noticing me. Not even if it was harmless. Walking out of the cabin, I sighed, disappointed at the fact that I would most-likey have to leave without a nice soak in the beach.
