Percy Jackson and the Creator: The Creator's Trick

Percy sat on Blackjack as they glided over Mount Olympus. He was using his Chaos vision to search for Annabeth, Zoe, and the Tartarus attack party. Thalia, Frank, and a few others from Camp Half-Blood were gliding on other Pegasus behind him. Finally Percy spotted something. He could see ten figures glowing red moving up the side of the Mountain. Percy told Blackjack to drop them at the top of the mountain. Once on the mountain Percy told Frank and the other campers to wait behind a set of bushes. Percy and Thalia stood in a rocky clearing. “Percy what are we going to do? We can’t kill them.” Thalia said. Percy scratched at his cheek. “Thalia we may have too. If it comes down to it we will have too.” Thalia nodded at Percy’s words. A empty feeling was sinking in Percy’s stomach. He was one hundred percent certain he couldn’t kill Annabeth. Yet he might have to find a way to. Percy froze at the sound of footsteps. He drew his sword off his back. Thalia readied her spear. Annabeth was first into the clearing followed by Zoe. She was followed by a group of Crims. They stopped. Annabeth stepped forward, “Percy you and Thalia need to leave. We haven’t come to fight.” Percy sneered, “Is that compassion I hear Annabeth?” She laughed. “I have no compassion for you.” Thalia spun her spear, “Zoe what are you doing?” Zoe readied her bow and knife, “I’ve come to kill you Thalia Grace. You took my place. And now my place is with Tartarus.” With that Zoe and Annabeth stalked forward.Percy raised his sword. Annabeth and Zoe ran forward. Percy watched as Thalia stuck her spear in the ground and pole vaulted over Zoe’s head drawing her attention. Annabeth was left to him. She swung her sword at his head and he ducked. He kicked Annabeth back and stabbed at her. She spun into the stab and flipped Percy onto his back. Percy rolled left as she stomped down.He slashed at her legs and she kicked his sword away. Percy came up on his feet. “Percy. You’re going to die by Tartarus’s hands. So why fight? Let me kill you now so it will be quick.” Percy wiped blood away from his mouth. “I’m not going to die anywhere without a fight. You should know that Annabeth. If you are even her.” Annabeth smiled and stepped forward. Percy sprang forward and stabbed towards her. His sword went between her arm and her body. Percy spun left coming around. He pulled a knife out of his boot and brought it down into Annabeth’s left shoulder. She cried out and disappeared in red flames. The Crims came forward. “Frank now!” Percy yelled. He watched as Frank and the other campers ran out and attacked the Crims. Percy turned to Thalia and Zoe. Thalia had Zoe on her heels. Zoe had no weapon and she was weak. Thalia hit her in the gut with the butt of her spear and spun it around and whacked her over the head. Zoe fell onto her knees. Thalia pulled her leg back and kicked her in the face. Zoe passed out cold. Thalia dragged her over to where Percy was. “Bunch of trash.” She spat. Percy knelt down and looked her over. “Maybe Chaos can turn her back to our side. We will have to take her back.” Percy turned to Frank. “Frank call the Pegasus and get Zoe loaded. Thalia and I will get the stone.”Frank picked Zoe up and ran off. Percy and Thalia walked out of the clearing and through a patch of wood and came to a large stone wall. In the center of the wall was an Omega symbol. Percy nodded to Thalia and she touched the symbol. The stone wall shuddered and rumbled as an opening appeared. Percy and Thalia entered and found themselves in darkness. Percy remembered the word Chaos told him to speak once he was in there. “Omega.” Percy said. Bright lights exploded and they found themselves in a small room. In front of them was a multi colored stone. Percy could feel the power radiating off of it. “I feel so…invincible.” Thalia said. Percy nodded, “Chaos said the stone can make you feel that way. But its true power can kill a demigod. We have to be careful.” Percy picked the stone up and put it in Thalia’s hunting bag. “Ok let’s get this thing back to Chaos.” Percy said turning and heading back for the clearing.
