The Demigod Games

Once Jake finishes training with Logan, we head to the dinning pavilion. I scrape a the mandatory portion of my food into the fire. I sit down at the table with Jason and I dig in. I don't speak to Jason while I eat. I'm still pretty pissed off at him.
"Silence!" Chiron calls out. Everyone instantly stops talking and they all look up.
"All of you know by now about the Demigod Games that the gods will be hosting. I have a message to all the chosen tributes. Tomorrow, all tributes will be transported to a place where you will stay until the games. You will train, eat and sleep there. As some of you may know, only 2 tributes will win. One male, and one female." Chiron announces. "The tributes list will be posted posted outside. Good luck to all, and may the odds be ever in your favor."
There is a wave of people as they shoot up to look at the list of tributes. I get up and join Jake. I quickly manage to elbow my way to the front.
The tributes are:
Aphrodite: Marco Winfrey and Piper McLean
Apollo: Logan Lamrel and Penny Jenkins
Ares: Caine Parker and Miranda Ward
Athena: Xavier Powell and Annabeth Chase
Demeter: Collin Lively and Delilah Li
Dionysus: Blake Stone and Daria Brooks
Hades: Santiago Sanders and Ruby Nova
Hephaestus: Spencer Wells and Britney Blake
Hermes: Jake Walton and Stacey Miller
Poseidon: Percy and Sophie Jackson
Zeus: Jason Grace and Sienna Delarosa.
I stare at the name of the male tribute for Aphrodite. He was my friend Terry's boyfriend. She had died earlier this year on a quest that I had lead, about 8 months ago in April. Marco blamed me for her death, and I know he's going to target me in the arena. Everyone else was pretty much known. My only other problem is Annabeth Chase. We have general dislike of each other, but mostly she dislikes me. I have to watch out for her. The youngest tribute was Delilah Li. She was only 14. She had recently joined camp, so I never really paid attention to her. But despite her age, she could be dangerous.
I know that I'm going tp ask Stacey and Sophie to be my allies along with Jake and Logan. All of the people on this list are the best of each cabin. They're all going to be dangerous, being trained to kill since a young age.
Jake taps me on the shoulder. "We should pack. I'm not sure of the rules, but bring the weapons you want." He says. I nod.
We walk back to our cabins. We stop in front of mine. "G'night Sienna." Jake says.
"Night Jake." I respond. He kisses me goodnight and I stepp inside my cabin. Jason is already there. He's "sleeping". I know he isn't, but he its obvious he doesn't want to talk to me.
I prepare my stuff for tomorrow. I grab my enchanted backpack Jake had given me and I stuff my things in there. Extra changes of clothes, and other necessities. I'm scared, although I would never admit it. Only 2 were leaving the arena, and I have to make sure it was Jake and I. I hop in the shower and then change into some sleep shorts and a t shirt thats too big for me. I get into bed and I quickly fall asleep.
