Third Person POV
"Luna… Luna… Luna…" Leo's voice called.
Annabeth's eyes burst open and she found herself staring up at her pack. Beside her, Percy stared at her without seeing. Tears streamed down her cheeks at the sight of her alpha. "Percy…"
"Annabeth dear, are you alright?" Poseidon walked through the door. "Leo says you just fainted. Is something wrong?"
"Sir, Annabeth might be just tired. A lot of things have happened. Annabeth just needs a bit of rest." Jason replied. Beside him stood Piper with something wrapped in her arms. Realizing she was looking at her, she walked over and placed it in Annabeth's lap.
"It's a baby boy. The doctor said he won't be able to shift into his wolf until he's the age of 3." Piper smiled. "We didn't know what name with suit him, so I wanted to ask you since you're the Luna of the pack and also my best friend. Jason says the same thing, so what should we name him?"
Annabeth stared at the boy in her lap. He blinked up at her before smiling. He had the same blond hair as Jason and the multi colour eyes as Piper. An idea popped to her mind.
"What about 'Jasper'"? Annabeth looked up at her best friend and Jason.
Both looked at each other before smiling and nodding. "Yes, that's beautiful." Piper smiled.
Annabeth looked back down at the baby who kept staring at her with his fingers twirling her hair. "Jasper Elliot Jason Grace."
Nico's arms were tied. If it was tied normally he would have been able to get out of it, but this time he couldn't. Those vicious demons had cast some sort of devil magic on the ropes which tightened every time he pulled it.
He was getting mad by the minute. It's been already four hours and no one had come looking for him. He would have felt a little better even if Percy came back for him, but no. He was happy with his friends and family, Nico thought crazily.
Nico heard footsteps reach him. He felt a little eager thinking someone had finally come.
"Good job son. I was expecting the alpha and the Luna, but this is alright. You did well." A deep male voice spoke through the dark.
"Thank you father." A familiar voice replied.
Two figures reached Nico. His jaw fell open the moment he saw the owner of the familiar voice. Will. Beside him stood a tall man with the same brown hair and eyes. Father and son.
"Will?" Nico's voice was barely over a whisper.
Will smirked leaning against a tree. "Oh, yes it's me. As you can see I have returned to my father." Will nodded. He wore new clothes. New jeans, white t-shirt and a leather jacket over it.
"But I thought you said you're father-"
"Yeah I know. I said he died. Well, it was a lie, you see. I needed to be in your pack to know all information of your Alpha and Luna. So I finally got in. I had come to help Jessica and her pack, but the moment Annabeth came, I changed my mind. I wanted Percy of course, but I wanted Annabeth for myself.
"You're not going to get a beautiful girl who has rare powers every day, you know. So I told the rogues to take the girl and obviously Percy would come after her. I tried to kill him then, but instead I got killed almost, but came back alive from the help of Annabeth. I let Percy live for one more day, but then coupe of other 5 came. I didn't waste time. The moment everyone was asleep I called the demons and locked them up.
"But at the end you had let them go. I won't be able to kill Percy and take Annabeth for myself if you're always going to come in the way and prevent it from happening, so both my father and I decided to kill you." Will grinned.
"Well said son." His father patted his shoulder. "So do you want to do the honors?"
Will nodded and grabbed the dagger from his father. "And just so you know, Percy's in coma." He whispered in Nico's ear before thrusting the dagger into Nico.
Annabeth woke up in a shake. She sat up straight and stared around. Beside her slept Percy peacefully. He couldn't hear her or even see her, but at least he was there.
Annabeth kissed his cheek before jumping out of bed and walking out of the door. No one was in the house. Everyone was outside crowding around something. They made way for Annabeth who stopped in her tracks the moment she saw you it was.
Nico di Angelo lay still on the ground with his eyes open, but not seeing anything. Blood covered his and his surroundings. Annabeth cover her mouth from screaming.
"WHO THE HELL DID THIS TO HIM?!" Annabeth cried. "I THOUGHT EVERYTHING WAS OVER, BUT NO IT ISN'T! THIS IS A CURSE! I KNOW IT!"
Annabeth spun on her heels and ran back into the house with everyone running/calling after her. She ignored everyone and locked herself in a room away from everyone, even her Percy. She didn't deserve him. She asked too much.
Annabeth huddled on the floor with her hair wild, her old wrinkled clothes and her burning eyes. I'm a curse. I should live." She kept on mumbling it over and over again, not hearing the racket outside her door.
Annabeth knew she shouldn't kill herself. She'll just go to hell, and she won't be able to see Percy again. She needs a plan and she won't get out of the room until she gets one.
Travis slumped down into the nearby sofa. "She's not opening up is she?" Katie asked walking up to him. He shook his head fisting his hands.
"She's keep on screaming at herself for asking for too much, for killing Nico and for Percy's coma stage. She's not letting anyone in except for Piper to bring her food and that's it. She won't let Piper to sit and talk her out of this." Travis's voice broke. Travis was one of the pack members who joined recently because of his mate, Katie. He might be a little afraid of the Luna, but he has respect double the amount of that.
Katie wrapped her arms around Travis and rested her head on his shoulder. "We have to try though. We can't leave her like this. I'll try to talk to her tomorrow."
"No. I don't want you hurt." Travis mumbled into her hair.
Katie rubbed his back with her free hand. "Well, I can't just let her crying and screaming every day. If she just stays in that room for all her life, what will happen to the pack? No hell with that. What about Percy? Percy can't get well with Annabeth locked up in a room and if some type of miracle happened and Percy does get well, he's going to go mad again seeing his Luna in this state…"
Travis nodded, but it was barely noticeable. "It's true… but just don't hurt yourself." He looked up at Katie with love in his eyes. He kissed her softly.
Katie kissed him back. "I won't. I swear."
This is all his fault, Leo thought. If he wasn't so stupid and saying that Nico was captured and Will was missing, Annabeth wouldn't have fainted and she wouldn't be hiding in her room right now. Leo hid his face in his hands in shame.
He felt a tap on his shoulder. Some type of smell hit him. Roses. Leo looked up to see a girl in front of him. She was about his age with cinnamon colour hair and dark almond eyes. The wolf in him told him to pounce on her right then. He looked away from those eyes and tried to focus on something else, but the feeling just got worse.
"Um… Sorry, but if you're looking for the pack, they're to the right." Leo mumbled hoping she heard him.
The girl bit her lip. "I'm not looking for a pack. I was looking for you. I'm Calypso by the way…"
Leo looked back at her with confusion. "Me? Why me? I'm not a person anyone would look for. I'm just a total-"
Calypso stepped closer to him and pressed her lips onto his cutting him off. Surprised of the sudden connection, Leo didn't know what to do, but fell into the kiss.
Everything is confusing. Percy going to coma. Piper getting a baby boy. Nico dying. Will betraying them. And finally Leo finding his mate. The world is full of disaster, but it is also full of beautiful things. For every negative thing that happens to you, something positive will happen. Percy might be able to survive. Will might be defeated. Everything is fate. And to know the future of Percy, Annabeth, Travis, Katie, Will, Hazel, Frank, Leo, Calypso, Piper, Jason and the new born baby boy, Jasper Elliot Jason Grace, read the sequel called "Revenge from the Moon Goddess".
