PERCY JACKSON HERE.

Where are my manners, I should explain my predicament. Well, it all started on a calm presummer's evening when I had gotten a call from my dad. But unlike your dad, who probably calls you on a phone, mine would send an over grown black pegasus to deliver the message.

I peacefully slept a dreamless or semi-dreamless nap, until an over grown pegasus broke open my door and rampaged for about six rounds through my cabin. Luckily, I was at Camp, because if I were at my mom's place, she would've killed me.

I gave Blackjack, that I'll kill you later look, before rubbing my eyes, getting up and escorting the pegasus back outside. "Why did you do that Blackjack." I murmured irratated.

Boss, Boss. He repiled in a rush. It's the sea dude! He wants you to take on a quest, a dangerous one. He said he wanted his best child to do this one favor for him. I gazed at him nervously.

Poseidon never gave me a quest. He would only come to me about a prophecy or whenever I accidently incountered him in my dreams. But aside from that, he'd ignore me. I didn't mind, if he stayed away, things were good, that meant my life wasn't in any immediate danger.

"Why me? Why not send Triton or any other demigod like a newbie. I'm an ancient demigod, normally by now, I would be dead, or on the road to death or having a normal life as a sailor or navy seal. I don't know something normal!"

He chose you though! Isn't that exciting! Anyways, the sea dude wants to see ya as soon as possible, you should get a move on!

Nuddging me onward, I was hulled down towards the beach. Standing there Nico stood. He was now seventeen, well at least physically. Nico was hard to pinpoint on age, because at times he would be as wise as an old man but at others he'd act well his age. Seventeen.

"So you're going." He said half-heartedly. Nico was still the same, the shatter glass transperent eyes an old airforce jacket from the sixties and a pair of taped black jeans. He was leaner and stronger, he also got more color since his banishment from the Underworld.

As long as I could remember this kid was always hidding in the dark, but now he had more of a fair complexion. His eyes falttered gazing in my direction.

"Yea." I replied. "Poseidon is asking for me, so I have to find out what it is."
Nico smiled. "Take this." He pulled out a crafted rose, it was pink and beautiful, the texture was divine and unusual. "If you get in a bind, use it. It will take you where ever you want to go, promise me, you'll choose here."

I grabbed the rose and it crummbled. "It's-"
"Don't worry, it will bloom again when you use it. Do you remember it? Persephone's garden, it was there where she gave me this."

"A travel rose, it's been a while, what almost a decade?" I asked.
"Yea." Nico's eyes held sadness almost like he felt something bad was about to happen.

"I won't die." I promised. "Whatever happens, I'll at least live long enough to find Annabeth again." I smiled. With that, I walked into the calm waves that embraced the shores. In a few wades, I made it into the parting spot before completely submerging myself into the ocean.

Atlantis was a giant palace of beautiful emeralds, saphires and even rubies. I walked through the giant halls escorted by mermen. The palace was a collisum underwater, I had passed by venues of endless supplies. Some rooms were forges and others were gathering places.

When we finally stopped, the mermen opened a collosal set of double doors to reveal a throne room. Inside was a man that looked like Aquaman from JusticeLeague. He had everything set except he had long white hair and he didn't have a hook for a hand.

Smiling, I gazed at him before, realizing he wasn't a Greek god. He was my father, but different. He held military might and pride. He was a serious god with the power to smight even the most honorable of men. He was Neptune, the God of the Sea, storms and Horses.

Gazing upon me, he held a hand to his head. "Greek." He whispered before his body morphed into a more familiar form. Now he held a clean cut beard, a parted lock of jet black hair and the same Sea green eyes that I retained from him.

"Percy." He sighed. "Thank you for coming. There is important business we must speak of."
I gazed at him worriedly. "Yea." I laughed. "There sure is."
