Percabeth Drabble

Daisy

Annabeth held a picture of a daisy in her hand. She had taken the picture in her flower shop, which was across the street from a tattoo parlor, which had 5 stars on Yelp. She folded it nervously while she waited for the walking signal to let her cross the street.

She quickly dashed across the road, stopping in front of the parlor to take a deep breath. Annabeth finally stepped in, and talked to the girl in the front, saying about how she scheduled a session. The woman nodded and shouted a guy's name. Whoever she called came up and saw Annabeth, nodding.

"Annabeth?"

"Yeah." She squeaked, taken aback how he looked great with that patch of royal blue hair with the rest of his black hair. A dark grey beanie topped his head, and he was playing with his lip ring. His green eyes locked her in, and she barely noticed when he told her to follow him.

"Nervous?" He asked her as they walked towards the back, and he wasn't much taller than her when she thought about it.

"Yeah, my first." She replied, pinning the flutter in her chest on the nerves. Annabeth could see the little smirk on his face, when he got to a chair.

"I'm Percy. Now, where do you want your tattoo? Got a picture?" He asked her, and she handed him the picture of the daisy.

"Just above my right ankle." She said, no longer nervous about her decision. Annabeth sat down, smiling a little from excitement.

"Let me go sketch that." Percy said to her, starting to walk away, "In color, right?" Annabeth nodded as an answer and waited for him to return.

Annabeth watched him work, she barely noticed the buzz because she was too caught up in the patch of blue hair, and the structure of his face, and how she just wanted to kiss his lips to see how they felt. His focused look was so hot to her, she got caught up in studying him and almost didn't hear him talking to her.

"You did it." He smiled at her, wiping the new piece of art on her skin.

"It's done?" Annabeth asked, slightly upset she couldn't see him anymore.

"Yep." Percy said flatly, and Annabeth decided to make a bold move.

"Do you have a sharpie?" She asked, and it caught Percy off guard. He nodded and handed her one. Annabeth muttered a 'thank you' before taking him by the hand and writing her number on his skin.

"Uh?" Percy sounded surprised, but not upset with the fact she wrote her number on him.

Annabeth got up and smirked at him, "That washes off, so you might want to dial it soon."
