Leo

Leo hadn't heard from Delia in over a week. He was worried about her and was tempted to IM her but for all he knew she could be sleeping or something. He shook himself from his thought and turned his attention to the Argo II.

They had finished the outer plating and they were beginning to lay down the lower decks inside the ship where the cabins would be. Leo wasn't much help when it came to interior design so he retreated back to his bedroom to work on plans for the ballista.

He was deep in thought when a voice called to him from the bathroom. He always left the sink filled just in case Delia called. He looked down at his girlfriend and saw that she was crying.

"What's wrong?" He asked her. Wishing he could be there in person to put his arm around her shoulders and comfort her properly. She shook her head, she didn't trust herself to answer.

"Are you ok?"

She nodded.

"Are Kat and Nico alright?"

She nodded again.

"Did you find your dad?"

She nodded yet again.

"I give up! What's wrong?" He chuckled, attempting to break the tension.
"I- I need to tell you in person." She said. "But I mainly called to tell you that our quest is finished and I'll be back within the hour at Thalia's tree."

He nodded. "Well get going then! I want to see you as soon as possible and hear this Oh-So-Ground-Shaking-News!"

Delia laughed weakly. "Ok then, see you soon." The mist dissipated.

Leo frowned, that wasn't the same Delia who had left about a month ago. She seemed older, like she'd aged two years in the forest. But time seemed shorter in the forest, not longer. Maybe it had to do with what she wanted to tell him.

He let the thought slide and gathered up his plans to work by Thalia's tree, waiting for Delia.

After half an hour his work was interupted by a flash of golden light as Delia, Kat, Nico and Delia's dad appeared.

Leo sat up to greet them but Delia joined him instead as the others headed down the hill. Leo raised an eyebrow as he saw Kat and Nico were holding hands, strange things had happened on their quest.

He turned his attention to his girlfriend, her eyes were red and puffy and she seemed even more mature than the IM had made her look. She was at least 15, still younger than him, thankfully.

"What's up?" He asked, picking up her right hand to stop her picking at the scars on it like she always did when she was nervous.
"Leo, it's my dad. He- He's Robin, a minor god of sunlight and archery."

Leo's eyes widened as he stared at her in disbelief. That explained why she looked older. "That means that you're-"

"Yes Leo," She said. "I'm a goddess. I'll give up my immortality soon but first...." She stopped.

"Yes?" He squeezed her hand in reassurance. He would never stop loving her, even if she was immortal.

"I- I have a new quest. I have to defend camp while you're away. When you get back I'll give up my powers and I can have a normal life with you."

"Or as normal as two super-powerful demi-gods can get." He added.

She laughed at that and kissed him. "Come on Funny Boy, I want to grab something to eat, then you can show me all that wonderful progress you made on the Argo without any 'distractions'" She kissed him again and raced off down the hill.

'Damn, I love her!' Leo thought before getting up and running close behind, stuffing his plans in his tool belt as he ran.
