Two Bodies, One Soul

Silver Eyes

Kat

"Ok guys, do you know what a-" She broke off her trail of thought.

'Kat, meet me on the porch.' Delia's voice called in her head, sounding panicked. It sounds like she had figured out how to talk in each others heads.

Kat looked around at her senior ballet class, they all looked at her weirdly.

"Uh, how about you guys just go through the routine a few times and then you can go." She packed up her stuff and walked out the door.
"Kat!" She felt a hand on her shoulder and turned to see Tink. "Where are you going?" Her friend asked her. She had joined Kat's class for fun but had easily made it to her top class. It was a bit annoying when the daughter of Nike was so good at everything.

"Uh, it's Delia." Tink looked at her, confused. "It's a twin thing." She explained as she sprinted out of the workout room to the porch. Delia was waiting for her.

"Wow it actually worked." Delia said, surprised.

"Yeah. So what was so important?" She asked her twin.

"Uh well Leo just messaged me and-" she went on to explain how Leo had fired on the Romans and they were coming after the Greeks.

"Well it looks like we've found our enemy." Kat shrugged. "Let's go see Rachel."

"Shouldn't we see Chiron first." Delia asked, fingering her scarred hands. Kat noticed she did that whenever she was nervous.

"Nah, let's not worry him till we have an official prophecy." Kat shrugged heading up the hill. "Race ya." She laughed, bounding to the top.
Delia passed her easily and waited at the top

"Leo was right, you are part goat." Kat panted as she caught up to her sister.

They pulled aside the curtain of Rachels cave and walked inside the luxury apartment. Rachel was chilling on her bed reading an art magazine with music cranked up loud. Upon seeing them she put down the mag and turned the music down.

"Hey guys, what do you need?" The redhead asked them cheerfully.

"A prophecy." Kat told her.

"Really? Doesn't anyone just come to say hi?" She complained as her eyes turned solid green and mist spewed from her mouth.

'Twins of dove, the victor,
Children of wine and light.
Shall stand together,
To lead the final fight.
On their success,
Hope shall come around.
On their failure,
Olympus will burn to the ground.'

Rachel took a breath as her eyes turned silver, pure light. Her voice chsnged from raspy to more feminine and kind.

'Fear not my children,
Your time has come.
Fight well and hard,
For a battle won.
Fight strong,
And make Olympus proud.
Blood need not be shed,
No need to burn a shroud.'

Delia caught Rachel as she collapsed and placed her down on the divan.

"Well that was-"

"Weird." They both finished Kat's thought and headed back to see Chiron. It was time to defend the camp and now they had an idea how they were going to do it.
