Two Bodies, One Soul
Lady Hemera
Kat
Kat had finished taking Beth for tour and she was leading the girl back to the Hermes cabin to get settled in.
"Isn't your last name Amossa or something?" The girl asked her.
"Er yeah, Katerina Ambrosia, how'd you know that?" Kat asked, surprised.
"I saw you dance when I was in London for Christmas with my Gran." She said, "You were amazing! Do you think you could teach me?"
Kat had almost forgotten that she'd played Clara in her dance school's Christmas pantomine: The Nutcracker.
"Uh, sure. I teach a few classes, you'll be in my junior class" Kat assessed.
"Yay!" Beth bounced away down the hill.
Later at dinner, Beth sat with Kat and Delia at the Aphrodite table as she didn't know any other people except Tink and Annie. Piper had left Kat and Lia in charge of their siblings which made them both feel awkward, they could hardly keep their siblings names straight sometimes. It didn't help that they refused to do almost every activity.
Kat explained to her how the magic plates worked and after they'd all scoffed down their food they headed to the campfire. Kat couldn't wait to see Beth get claimed.
The claiming was nothing like what she expected. A white light appeared above Beth's head and bathed her in a white glow. That was a symbol Kat and never seen before. She looked to Chiron for explanations, his mouth was agape.
Suddenly a white beam of light shot from the sky and a woman with Beth's blonde hair and silver eyes, wearing a chiton that seemed to be woven of daylight.
"Mum?" Beth asked.
"Eos?" Chiron asked hopefully.
"Hemera." The goddess corrected.
Chiron groaned.

Notes
Why did Chiron not want it to be Hemera? (This actually took quite a bit of research to put together)Keep telling me what you think!
