Mortal or demigod?

I got a letter saying that I have been formally invited to an educational camp. I don't know where it came from or who sent it just that I am to go to long island new York on the first plane today. Some benefactor has the trip from California and the price of the camp all figured out.Best part was It was a camp based off of the percy jackson series! So I just shrugged and booked the next flight. and I thought School was bad.
I was Following the directions to Half blood hill with a taxi driver. we stopped at the bottom of the hill
"You sure you want to stop here miss?" He asks concerned
"Yes this is where the letter said to go. thank you" I hop out and wave good bye.
