"So what exactly is this camp for?" I ask

"It's a camp for demigods, half human and half god." Ash explains

"Wait, we're part god?" Jake asks

"Yup. Katie, you have a really bad stepmother so your mom is Probably a goddess, and Jake, Your dad must be a god. I can feel it. We're almost at camp so you'll be safe soon."

So after a few minutes, a bunch of birds fly down.

"Katie, Jake! Watch out!" Ash yells to us. He also tosses me a stick " Tap it! Quick!"

So I tap it and it becomes a dull blown sword. I slice each of the birds heads off and they explode into dust.

"This is so normal." I say while freaking out.

"Oh my gods! You just defeated the Stymphalian Birds. Hardly anyone can do that!" Ash runs over tackling me in the process " Quick! Lets get inside the border!"

So we run into the border and everything feels fine.
