My journey

"So what are the other Athena kids like?"

"They're a lot like me so you have nothing to worry about."

"Well, I'm gonna get my stuff from the Hermes cabin and I will meet you in the Athena cabin."

I walk into the Hermes cabin where tons of people are staring at me. I walk upstairs to get my bag when I see Jake talking to a pair of twins.

"Congrats on being claimed." One of the twins said "You're really smart"

"Thanks" I manage to say

"Hey Katie, this is Travis and Connor Stoll." Jake says

"Congrats on being a son of Apollo." I say

I walk out of the cabin the breeze against face. The breeze is cool unlike Miami's warm air. I walk up to the Athena cabin and take a deep breath.

"This is it" I whisper

I walk through the door and everyone smiles at me. I introduce myself to all of my half sisters and brothers.

We armor up so we can play capture the flag.

"Now Katie, we have the Poseidon, Hermes and Zeus cabin on our side. The Ares cabin has all the rest." Annabeth said

"Ok, I was thinking that you and I guard the flag and the rest is in your hands."
