Hera's new twist

I woke up falling. I'm not sure how I ended up in the sky but now I'm falling to my death. I would scream if I could get air into my lungs but i was going to fast. I managed to somehow look down to what I was going to crash into - it was the ocean. I'm not sure which one but as I got closer to my doom I realized that I was actually going to crash into a boat. As the boat got bigger and bigger I realized that it was a one those old fashioned war boats. It was Greek styled- I now because my mom collects them- with cannons ringing around it. There were about 40 oars total sticking out of it, and as I got closer i saw that there was a dragon head in the front of the boat.
I managed to get enough air in my lungs to let out a scream as I was getting ready to hit deck (see what I did there? haha pun intended). I closed my eyes because I didn't want to see my impending doom and waited for death. I waited for the impact but it didn't come, when I opened my eyes I saw that I was still falling but not as fast and that there was a really hot guy holding me. He had blonde hair and blue eyes. There was a small scar on the top of his lip and we seemed to be sorta falling sorta floating.
"Who- What?" I asked.
"It's alright, I got you" he said. When we landed on the deck he put me down but I ended falling on my butt. I looked around and saw a girl with brown hair with a small braid with an eagle feather sticking out running toward us. With her was a scrawny kid with a tool belt and curly brown hair, they didn't seem related. There was another guy climbing down from the look out post, he dressed in mostly black and had a sword at his side. Then a door opened and a girl with caramel hair came running over with a chinese guy behind her. They all seemed surprised which I couldn't blame them, I mean I just fell from the sky and the guy that saved me could fly!
When they were all surrounding me I got up. The guy that had the sword pulled it out of it's sheath; it was completely black and the handle had skulls on it. He pointed it at me I took a step back, then the girl with the caramel hair said "put that away Nico your scaring her." The guy - Nico - did.
"Who are you people?" I asked
"We should be asking you the same thing," the scrawny kid said. The girl with the feather in her hair elbowed him in the side. "Be nice" she said.
"My name is Nicole" I told them.
"Where did you come from?" The blonde guy said. "I don't know," and I really didn't. "All I remember is waking up falling" was all I told them. Which was true, I actually can't remember what happened to me before.
"So all you remember is your name?" Nico asked. "I guess" I tried to remember more but all I end up with is a head ache.
"Well I'm Piper" the girl with the braid said.
"I'm Hazel, and this Frank" the girl with the caramel hair said pointing the chinese guy.
"I'm Leo and it's okay if you find me unbelievingly handsome," the scrawny kid said wiggling his eyebrows.
"My name is Jason" the blonde guy said.
"I'm Nico" Nico said. He wasn't looking at me but at the ground, I'm good at reading people so I know he's not a people person.
"Nice to meet to you all" I didn't know what to do, a million questions were going through my mind right now. Like how did I end up here?, where are we exactly?, how to I get back home where ever it is? "Where are we?" I asked.
" We are in the Ionian Sea heading towards Greece" Leo replied.
"WHAT!" how the heck did I end up in Europe I don't remember much but i'm pretty sure I lived in North America. "What are we doing in here?"
"Saving the world and our friends from Gaea and her evil children" Said Leo.
"Who?"
"Gaea the evil earth women, who tortures little children's dreams and kills mothers" Leo said with venom. This guy is officially crazy.
"Well that's nice to know" I said, taking a step away from him.
"What he means is that Gaea is a greek goddess who is trying to wake up from a deep sleep and destroy the world" said Piper.
"Wouldn't that mean she is trying to destroy herself?" I asked.
"No, what Piper means is that Gaea is waking up to kill us and the gods plus all humanity." Nico explained. I officially claim that the whole crew is crazy.
"Guys, she is not buying it" Said Frank.
"Okay let's put it this way" said Piper. "We are demigods and that means the greek myths that you hear about are true."
"And the roman" Jason added.
"And the roman" Piper agreed. I don't know what to make of this, it all seems crazy. "Gaea- the earth goddess- is actually evil. She is waking up from a deep sleep and her kids which are also evil are going to destroy humanity if we don't stop them."
"Who are her kids?" I asked.
"The Giants" said Nico.
"What are demigods?" I asked.
"Demigods also known has half-bloods, are half human and half god" Replied Nico.
"So you guys are half god?" This seemed kind of funny considering they don't godly in any way.
"Yes, one our parents is a god" This seems crazy but they say it so casually that I believe them.
"So who your godly parents then?" I asked.
"My mom is the goddess Aphrodite" said Piper.
"The goddess of love?" I asked because really it seems kind of a extreme for her considering she seems like a tom boy and not person who cares about her looks.
"Yes," she doesn't seem to happy about it but enough that she seems to accept it.
"My dad is Jupiter also known as Zeus in greek" said Jason.
"My dad is Hephaestus the god of blacksmith" said Leo which I could have guessed from the tool belt.
"My dad is Mars also known as Ares in greek" said Frank.
"My dad is Pluto and so is Nico's except Nico has the greek part of Pluto which is Hades" said Hazel. That was kind of confusing but i got the point.
"So does that mean I have a greek parent to?" i asked.
"I'm not sure but I have to guess is that you do, since you fell from the sky and landed on our boat." Said Jason. We were all silent for a few seconds till I realized that I haven't actually been accepted to stay on the boat
"Well I don't want to sound rude or anything but do you think I could spend the night here considering I don't know how i got here and have no way of getting back home; where ever it is?" Everybody laughed and I smiled.
"Yeah sure you can stay in one of the cabins our friends use to sleep in." Said Leo.
"What happened to your friends anyway?" i asked, everybody seemed quiet at that and wouldn't make eye contact.
"They fell into Tartarus," Said Nico. I know enough greek mythology to know that Tartarus is a very bad place to be in.
"Oh" was all I could say.
"But we are on our way to rescue them in Greece," said Leo who walked to a control panel thing and started to wave a wii control around which i thought was odd.
"Come on i'll show you to your room, you look tired." said Piper, which when she mentioned it I started to get sleepy. I barely could my eyes open as we walked to a cabin room. I couldn't really see my surroundings I was so tired and passed out just as my head hit the pillow.
