Nicolas Evens: The Rise of the new ones

Chapter 6

Allison stood before us and heeded the words of wisdom bestowed upon us by the god of prophecies, Apollo. With every word, she spoke another sympathy opened up inside everyone. She wasn't just an Oracle. Allison was a great speaker. She emphasized the words with great tone and diction and whenever she needed to she'd even decide to remain silent.

"This land is now endangered." She continued. "But not by the very same forces that overtook seige upon Olympus years ago. Not by Kronos! Not by the Titans! Not by Gaea, nor her beloved children! What is it that we name them by?! Her favored ones! The Giants are no longer a great threat to Olympus! But whose to say, Olympus doesn't have other enemies!" Allison paused, taking the paths at her stage, she paced back and forth slowly and minutely almost like she had all the time in the world. "The Olympians have made numerous enemies. Enraging those who have harvested the earth since the dawn of time. By defeating the earth mother, not once but twice, her siblings have begun to sturr."

In a roar of voices, the silence was filtered with rustles of worry and curiosity. Adam glanced at me, and nudged my arm in thought. "What does she mean? The Olympians have more than three great enemies?"

"I don't know. I've never heard of this before." I murmured.

Raising her hand, the crowds' voices died. Allison sighed and mustered forward. "Even Gaea has siblings. But now. Now is the time to bring forth our strongest warriors, we need our leader to rise please!" She gestured toward me. Taking a deep breath, I smiled, put my game face on and roared to life.

"Everyone! Allison is right! I've had a dream of a new enemy. The New ones will be far superior than the old ones. Even their names are known to creep those who indeer it! I seek for a group of demigods that will help me, help us! Help lead this valley into another age of prosperity!" I announced. "Now, who's with me?!"

In a cheer of demigod voices, the crowds roared back to life like a blazing inferno. Turning the attention back to Allison, I smiled.

"I've foreseen a new prophecy everyone!" Allison continued. "One that telle of the destruction of our valley and of the Gods. The prophecy of the first ones:

Born from nothingness they remake
In a twist of seven they shall break
The eldest shall prevail, where the youngest failed
Or see the crown on a broken sail
With the help of bones the eagle wins
Or see the world lost on broken wims. . ."

Taking a deep breath, Allison smiled. "That's the prophecy, do what you wish." She murmured as she left in a hurry. Gazing at the harth, I began to wonderwhat exactly did the bones have to do with an eagle.

Notes

NOTES.

THE PROPHECY IS WRITTEN.

Now only a quest remains. With Nicolas taking the lead, the valley must compensate with two remaining demigods to help him on his quest. But where exactly are they headed and who will be their enemy?

Sorry about the long timing, I was having technical difficulties, but I've figured a way around it.
