What Now?

I sat underwater in my bubble watching the ocean life until a fish swam by and said there was a girl with blonde hair that was almost drowning. I perked up and whistled for my hippocampi. We raced and raced in desperate search for Annabeth. The water rushed in my face as I looked around urgently. We finally found her, not moving. "ANNABETH?" I screamed. Her eyes were open
but she winked and looked down dramatically. I pulled myself up above the coral and saw what she saw, sharks. Oh sharks no biggie...I smiled, "Hey guys she's not on the menu." the sharks swam away and I swam over to Annabeth and put my lips to hers to give her air. I wrapped my arm around her waist and pushed us up to the surface. Annabeth gasped once we reached the top. "Percy," gasps, "I...I have to tell you something." the look of concern filled her eyes. "Look I'm sorry I ran away like that, my brain is full of seaweed, remember?" Annabeth looked, hurt? Scared? Nervous? I just laughed it off, she was probably just worried. "Percy really..." Annabeth said again. I was saying weird stuff trying to get her to forget or something. I pushed the waves below us so we reached the top of the Argo and got on. Hazel stood with a towel and handed it to Annabeth (I didn't get wet remember?) "We're ready then?" Piper spoke up, her arms crossed. We all met in the meeting room and Jason stood at the head, nervous. Jason, nervous? What? "Sit down everyone." Annabeth said weakly. I shifted uncomfortably. "Ok sooo..." Jason looked at Annabeth, Annabeth looked at Jason. Piper stood up, "Annabeth and Jason have been sneaking around me and Percy's back, fooling around." she sat back down. I looked at her as if there were a joke, so did Frank and Hazel. There was a looong silent pause. "Percy," Annabeth started in tears, "say something." I looked up not even knowing if I was looking straight at her because of the tears blurring my vision. Then I spoke up, "I wish I would of let you drown." I got up and walked to lookout point on top. There was Nico, for all this time.
