It Started With the Labyrinth

I examine the kids more closely. Strange thoughts start popping into my head, and somehow I know some of them. The girl he called Hazel- that's Nico's sister. She came from a long time ago. A voice in the back of my head starts to whisper. Don't trust her. The replacement. She is evil. She must go. I shake my head to get her to be quiet.

The black haired boy. Percy Jackson, son of Poseidon. He let me die. He is to be removed. I start to wonder if I'm being possessed. Oh well. Plenty of time to figure out.

The blond girl. Annabeth Chase, daughter of Athena. Too smart for her own good. I'm beginning to think that I have someone else's spirit trapped inside me.

The tall boy. Frank Zhang, son of Mars. For once, the voice is silent.

The blond boy. Jason Grace, son of Jupiter. I knew his sister... The voice seems sad.

The girl with uneven hair. Piper Mclean, daughter of Aphrodite. Yuck- Aphrodite.

The boy with curly hair. Leo Valdez, son of Hephaestus. He's annoying.

After everyone leaves, I slip out of my hiding place and run into the woods. I silently climb a tree and hide in it for a couple of hours. Then the monster showed up.
