One Direction And The Oath

"I can't believe this" Lizzie hissed between her teeth. After everything that had happened she was still sharing a cabin with Louis? How unfair was this? Why her?

She thought she had gotten away with it in till Chiron reminded her about it, aparrently he had almost forgotten but someone had reminded him.

Liam, Louis friend had just been diagnosed with the sickness yesterday and where was Louis? He'd disappeared from Liam side. Lizzie thought angrily, his probably hiding cowardly in his Cabin.

Lizzie walked into his Cabin in a bit of a strop though she wouldn't admit it to herself.
To add to the salt she was holding over Louis, Lizzie had just been told when Chiron had asked Louis to go on the quest, a suggestion from Jenny strangly enouth and everyone thought it made sense as Louis was the leader of the last quest, Louis has refused!

A chance to help his freind and he had said no! What kind of freind was that?

Louis was on his bed as she predicted. As she stepped inside the Cabin he woke up, breathing hard, sweat pouring down his face.

"Daddy? Daddy! Mummy his doing it again" She cried out as screams of her stepfathers cries met her ears. Her mother ran into the room to comfort him "Thomas! Thomas! Wake up!" She heared her mother shout to her step dad's ears.

He woke up, eyes wild looking around, shivering violently.

He looked at his cowering step daughter, who he thought of as his own and his wifes frightened but caring eyes. Her mother soothed "Its alright, you're here, you're safe"

"I'm sorry...The noise...The guns, so much...I'm sorry" He whimpered then she watched in shock as her father cried, actaully cried...

Her mother relised she was still there " Lizzie! Go I told you not to be here when you're fathers like this! Out! Out now!"

Lizzie blinked as she came back to reality, why had she thought of that? Her hands were shaking slightly as she thought of what had happened...

Her mother had been a nurse for solders as her job. after Lizzie was born and her mother met her step father. She'd nursed him back to health. Well health physically, mentally however took more time, much more time.

When she was 11 her step father was finally back to full health, mentally. But when she was much younger, five or six, her step father had regualer panick attacks and ofton woke in the night screaming.

He was a ex-solder sent home from Afghanistan. And used to have some sort of traumatic stress disorder.

Part of the reason why she hated Ares so much...

She wasn't one for wars and useaully opted for a more pieceful version. It was why she also never played capture the flag, despite how many people wanted her to.

Lizzie frowned, she had no idea why she was thinking about this, but the way she guessed Louis had woken up reminded her of her step father.

Unlike most demigod familes that had a step father, hers was pleasant and she even thought of him as her real father. She was lucky in that respect.

"Lizzie? What are you doing here!" Louis harsh voice sounded above her.

Lizzie quickly realised she's been staring into the space of a couple of minutes.

Lizzie quickly shook herself out of it and demanded "Thats not important right now. Why did you refuse the quest!?"
