The new Goddess

We sat in a bus, on our way to New York, were Percy's mom lived. We hoped that she could help us. I was a little nervous. With some luck, I would know soon who I was.
Abby was really annoying. She was flirting with Finn the whole time! What did she even see in that guy? He's funny and cute. A voice in my head said. No. I thought. No, no, no! He's a coward! No, he's not. The voice in my head continued. I grumbled. I hated that stupid voice. Suddenly the bus stopped, and we heard an explosion. Abby screamed and pushed herself against Finn and held him. Finn was suprised but he putted his arms around her. Blegh. I almost had to throw up. Callum looked a little uncomfortable with the situation.
'Group, follow me!' I said.
'Group?' Finn asked.
'Yeah, we're a group, right?' I answered.
They followed me outside. Another explosion, closer this time. I didn't know why but it sounded familiair. 'Get on the ground.' I told them. They did what I said. I walked in the direction of the explosion.The air became colder and darker and I drew my sword. (Actually it's not my sword, I borrowed it from camp.) Behind me people started screaming. I looked back, the bus was on fire. They group was still on the ground, watching me. I continued. The dark air was all around me now. I shivered. The air curled around my sword. I tried to slice the it, but nothing worked. It became thicker and darker. Why was this so familiar to me and why couldn't I beat it? I heard another explosion, behind me this time. I hoped the group was allright.
I tried to run but my feet didn't move. I freaked out. Suddenly I heard a earsplitting sound. It was so horrible that I started to scream. I dropped my sword and fell to the ground. My hands covered my ears. 'No!' I cried. 'Stop it! Please!' Someone laughed. I looked around me but I didn't see anybody.
'Alex.' The voice said. I shivered.
'It's nice to meet you again.' The voice continued. I started to sing, I would've sound crazy, but I didn't care. I didn't want to hear that voice again. Unfortunately it didn't help.
'Usually I don't meet people twice.' The voice chuckled.
'I... I don't remember you...' I said. I was so desperate that I started to talk back.
'Yes you do, you just don't want to remember. You're not the kind of person that easily forget things.'
'What do you want!' I cried.
'Oh not much, only your powers, that's all.'
'Leave me alone!' I shouted. I didn't know how, but I felt stronger again. I stood again and faced the black air. For a second I thought I saw a face. I was shocked because I reconized the face. I had seen it before, before I went to the orphanage. Memories came back. I heard screams and saw darkness. I heard myself crying.
'Alex?' Someone said. I reconized Finn's voice. 'Go away!' I yelled. The air voice laughed. 'Who's that guy? Do you care about him?'
'No.' I answered.
'Alex?' Finn asked again. 'Are you okay?'
'So, you don't mind if I kill him?' The voice asked.
Finn was suddenly hanging in the air in front of me. There was a knive in front of his neck.
'One.' The voice said.
'Uhm, Alex? What is hap-'
'Two.' The voice continued.
Finn looked confused.
'Three.'
'WAIT!' I screamed. Just in time. The voice laughed. 'You do care! How sweet!'
'Let him go!'
'Let me kill you, after that, he's free to go.'
'I said, let, him, go!'
'Hmm, how shall I kill you. Any sugestions?' The voice laughed evil.
My body was full of energy. I felt a power I never felt before. I was so angry! 'I'M NOT AFRAID OF YOU!' And I screamed. It felt like it wasn't my own voice that was screaming. It came from somewhere deep, deep inside me. The power took control over my body. I didn't know what happened. I heard the voice scream. It was colder than before. My eyes were wide open but I didn't see anything. I fell on the ground and blacked out.
