I will never forget you

'And how was your first day at your new school?' Mom asked.
'Cool! I met a boy-'
'A boy? Cute! Is he just as handsome as your father?' Dad joked.
'Dad! He's just a friend! And he's way more handsome.' I grinned.
'Oh well, starting as best friends is also a good choice.' He said getting a warning glance from mom.
'So what's the name of your new friend?' She asked.
'Its Al, Albus actually and his last name was something like, ehm, Potter?'
'Albus Potter?!' Dad repeated.
'Yeah, is there something wrong with that name?'
'Oh no of course not! You're dad is just making a joke, right?' Mom gave dad a warning glance again.
'Oh yeah definitely! So funny! Hahahahaha.' He said continuing fake laughing.
I raised my eyebrows. 'So... I think I'm just going to make my homework.'
'Okay sweetie!' Mom said while dad was still fake laughing. 'Tell me if you need any help okay?'
I nodded and ran up the stairs. When I was upstairs I sat down and listened. It was silence for a while. Then they started to talk.
'Albus Potter.' Dad said. 'If she finds out who he is, she might also...'
'Shhh.' Mom said. 'Let's just call Harry and Ginny and then everything will be fine.'
'Can't we just tell her? It would make everything so much easier.'
'You know it's not smart to do that! If she knows who she is her smell will get stronger and I don't want her to get in danger.'
'You're right, but shouldn't we give her something she can be proud of?'
'Percy, I can't loose someone else I care about. What if a monster surprise attacks her?'
'Let's call Harry.' Dad decided. He knew he could never win a discussion from mom.
Dad and mom left and I was looking at my feet. I was in danger if I knew too much? What was happening? Maybe mom was right and shouldn't I be so curious, but now I already knew too much to forget about it. If I was in danger, I should know how to protect myself. I knew I had some of my grandfathers powers, if I could just train to get better in using them... I would start practicing tomorrow, and maybe Al could help.

'Hey Audrey!' Al said the next morning. I waved at him and together we went inside.
'Al, can I tell and also ask you something?' I said.
'Yeah sure! But first I want to tell you something. Yesterday, I asked my dad about your parents. First he said he knew them from a sort of club for heroes, but then after dinner when I asked him again about it, he said he was just joking and that he just knew them from college and some other vague stories.'
I sighed and told him about the things I'd heard yesterday. My parents plan had worked. Harry Potter didn't tell his son about them.
'Wow.' Al said. 'Your parents must care a lot about you.'
'Sometimes it's a bit annoying.' I answered.
He grinned. 'So what did you want to ask me?'
'Oh right. Well you have this cool wizard powers but I have powers too. My dad is a son of Poseidon and me being his daughter gives me also a few water powers. I just don't know how to use them and I really want to know cause I want to be able to protect myself.'
'I understand, but what is your question?'
'Will you help me train?'
'Of course!' Al said to my relieve. 'We can try it at my house after school if you want. There's a pool close by and-'
'Sounds awesome!' I said.
