Nico and Reyna's quest with the Athena Parthenos

"stop it!!!" I screamed at he Cyclopes as he kept squeezing Nico, trying to get up I immediately collapsed again, I watched as Nico coughed and I saw his lips glisten red with blood, that's when I got angry and stood. Before I could react the Cyclopes ran the entire tip of his spear through Nico's chest, he screamed as loudly as he could while being squeezed and having a spear being twisted while it was slowly impaling you. I threw my sword as hard as I could, barely able to walk a few feet before falling, I got lucky when the sword went through the back of his head and he pulled his spear out of Nico making him scream more as the monster poofed into gold dust, dropping Nico right onto his head leaving a gash.(2 hours later) Hedge came and found us, he carried Nico back as I sat by his lifeless body giving him as much nectar and ambrosia as I could as Hedge addressed his wounds and then fell asleep. I sat there for hours with tears going down my face watching Nico, that's when I realized seeing his face all relaxed that I liked him, someone who knew what it was like to be alone, with no one who loves you back when you love them. I layed Nico's head in my lap gently running my fingers through his hair as tears went down my face as his body stayed lifeless. I was up all night giving him some nectar and ambrosia every hour as I noticed his wounds slowly closing up, I smiled a bit hearing him groan, I stroked his hair back knowing he was getting better so I decided I could sleep. I kissed his forehead lightly and laid down by him falling asleep.(morning)I woke seeing Nico still asleep as I sat up laying his head back in my lap, stroking his hair back again smiling knowing he was going to get better.
