Son of Two

Everything was going ok until my English teacher tried to kill me. I woke up at 7 AM and got ready and went to school ,Nothing unusual. My first class was English with Mr. Thorn. When I entered the room he was glaring at me then Announced POP QUIZ! ugggghhhh I hate English tests. I go through the test and feel moderately good with it when the bell goes off. ''You are all excused except for you Mr. Burlock'' ,says Mr. Thorn.
The class left and Mr. Thorn locked the door while saying ''Mr. Burlock I have been waiting for this day for a long time but now my masters have decided for you to be removed''. And then he changed in a full bodied manticore and I mean a lion scorpion tailed monster. He swiped a paw at me but I picked up a chair and it broke the chair not me. I tried to run to the door but then a spike pinned me to the wall by my shirt which I took off but then I realized the door was locked so I jumped out the window.
When I hit the ground I fell in some roses but when I was about to stand up thorn ran through the wall leaving a hole about the size of a tank in the building. He launched another spike at me but I ducked in time so the spike hit the locked door in the classroom blasting it open. Then thorn rushed me but all of a sudden an arrow nailed his paw into the ground. Next a girl ran out with a curved sword and cut his tail off and then his head. She said ''Come on we need to get you to camp!
Who fired that arrow, Who are you and what camp? I asked her.
I am Vanessa Hass the archer is Dale Green and the rest can be explained later,'' so come ON! and with that She ran and I followed her.
