The Ultimate Fangirl

"I can't believe she's buying it! Is that mortal really dumb enough to believe that she'd get to see and meet demigods? If she actually read Riordan's stupid books, she'd know by now that we have better things to do than drink coffee and talk to random fans," Nico glared at the screen.

Annabeth rolled her eyes. "Let her have her fun. For now, that is. But Adi will figure things out sooner or later. She may be a mortal, but Athena says she's more than just a human. Mom said that she's pretty smart."

Percy walked in, a Mars Bar in hand. "Hey, where'd everyone go? You know: Frank, Hazel, Leo, Jason, Piper, Jack, and Ash?"

"We know who, seaweed brain. Frank and Hazel said they had work to do, Leo just went to the bathroom, Jason and Piper are probably out smooching by the Cupid fountain, and Jack went for a walk," Annabeth said all in one breath.

Nico added, "Ashley said this was stupid and mean and went stomping off." Percy raised an eyebrow.

"That girl's got quite the temper, eh?" he snickered. Annabeth and Nico looked at him and laughed. Percy was confused. "What's so funny?"

"Look...behind you!" Annabeth said, gasping for air. Ash was standing right behind Percy, a slightly annoyed look on her face.

"What did you just say, Jackson?" Percy put his hands in the air and squeaked something. "Hm?"

"Nothing," he said louder as Ash stepped in front of him, electric blue eyes amused.

"Oh, but I didn't hear nothing. I heard something about my temper, Percy. Isn't that what you said?" she crossed her arms. At this point, Annabeth and Nico were giggling like kindergartners.

"Hey! The extremely awesome guy is back! What'd I miss?" Leo exclaimed enthusiastically.

"What took you so long, man?" Percy glanced at him, smiling.

"We're not done, mister," Ash grabbed his collar and pulled Percy's face to her's. "Never insult me. Again." At that, she left the room looking even more annoyed than usual.

"Wow, that girl has a nasty temper," Leo remarked as she left. Percy, Annabeth, and Nico all face palmed, knowing what was about to happen.

"LEO!" Ash screamed.

"Uh-oh. Gotta run!" Leo raced out the door, but not before winking at his friends.
