One Last Kiss

It was the middle of summer and all was going great for Annebeth and I until Piper returned. I was deeply in love with her while Annebeth and I were taking a "break". But I decided to hold off with telling Annebeth because the truth is sometimes she scares me.

I was looking at Annebeth and I realized how great she looked sitting under the sun. She smiled at me so hugged her and I told her that I loved her. I felt super guilty because just a few months ago I had sat in this exact spot and I had told Piper that she was the most special girl I had met.

Annebeth had just left, and as if it were right on cue Piper was walking my way. She jumped on top of me and was trying to kiss me. "Piper what are you doing I have a girlfriend"..."She doesn't need to know," she said as she smirked at me. "That's just wrong Piper, I love her and even though I used to date you doesn't mean I still want to be with you in anyway other than as friends." "But Percy you know how special our love is, don't you remember what happened in the shed." "YES! But I haven't told her so don't you dare say a word." "Whatever Percy, if you ever get turned down for more than kissing I'm always here."
