Rogues

"Gem, there's something coming," Natt whispers.

"Ok, come on," I whisper as Natt points in the direction of the sound.

As we approach the sound of footsteps I her voices as well.

"Lucy! John!" I hear a women cry. "Where are you?"

I come close enough to see around seven adults. They must be those kid's parents, I think to myself.

I motion for Natt and Rain to follow me. We emerge from the bushes and as we do I wrap mist around us so we look like a hydra.

"Uh... guys..." stammers an asian man. One of the other men take out a pen and clicks the top. I watch in awe as it turns into a sword.

"These are other demigods,"I mutter to myself.

The man with the pen has been fighting the hydra and has cut off one of the heads. A third man launches himself at us/the hydra and as he does his hands flame up.

I scream, push Natt and Rain out of harms way, then unravel the mist that was surrounding us.

The man saw that he was about to kill me,not a hydra, and extinguished the flames, but he was still falling. He fell on top of me then everything went black.
