The Hope in Our Scars

Percy, Annabeth, Rachel, and I swiftly ran over to the Bellona cabin after realizing Leo and Reyna were still making out in there.
Even through my clenched teeth and queasy stomach, I knew Leo wasn't fully aware of his actions. She couldn't blame Reyna either, since they both were under the equal amount of potion.
Rachel, being the first one to get to the door, pounded like they was an invasion, "REYNA, LEO OPEN UP! WE KNOW YOU TWO ARE HAVING UNPROTECTED SEX IN THERE-"
"Shut up!" said Annabeth, as she punched Rachel in the arm.
"Rachel, is that you?" asked the voice belonging to a worn out Reyna.
"Who do you think I am, Good ol' Saint Nic-"
"Shut up Rachel!" we said in an unison.
The door finally slightly opened, revealing a tired looking Reyna Ammirez. "Hmmm? Percy? Lily? Annabeth? What are the four of you doing at my cabin?"
"The real question IS WHAT THE HELL WERE YOU DOING LAST NIGHT TO LEO VAL-"
Annabeth silenced Rachel with a death stare. Though Rachel still looked like she had alot to share. Reyna's eyes widened but she didn't say anything.
"So your all here for Leo, right?"
We all slowly nodded.
"Actually," said Annabeth, her voice sounding smaller than it was, "we wanted to ask you if we could take Leo and Lily back with us to Camp Half-blood. We think Lily's godly parent is in his/her Greek form."
Reyna nodded as though, people asked her these things on a daily basis, "But what do you want with Leo?"
"Like I said before we need him to com-"
"What's up guys?" said a freshly showered Leo, wearing a purple button down shirt. "Hey Lily," he blushed as his eyes landed on me.
"Sure I'll go," Leo addressed Reyna. "There's no need for you to care for me anymore. By your words, I feel like I should see my friends Jason and Piper again."
He turned to Annabeth who was on the lost verge for words.
"Aren't they here, at camp?"
Annabeth shook her head. "Unfortunately they couldn't come because of some issues back at Camp. You'll get to see them though, once we take you back to Long Island."
Now it was Reyna's turn to shake her head. "He can't go back," she said now more like a plead than a command.
"Why can't I?"
"Because..."
I could feel some pity for her develop in the corner of my stomach.
"Actually," said Annabeth, "we are actually going to be on our way then."
Annabeth pointed up to Festus, who Leo smiled like a child on Christmas day.
"Shall we all?"
Before Reyna could object, the five of us mounted on the mechanical dragon, and soared off into the horizon. I could see the faint out line of the praetor of Camp Jupiter, a dot disappearing in the clouds. After that did I notice Reyna's reluctance into letting Leo go. She had been innocently caught in the love triangle, Leo had tamed Reyna. Just as he had tamed me.
