The Hope in Our Scars

Slowly I leaned back from his lips, a tingling sensation rippling through me. Leo, also looking very pleased, leaned back and sighed in a love struck way. I'm pretty sure he had really enjoyed the short make out session. I still had a desire to clasp Leo's face with my cheeks and push my mouth against his for a long time, but I restrained myself from doing so.
So we just stared at each other for a while just looking into one another's features. I stared intently into his flame burning eyes that reflected his good nature and determination. It also made me feel safe and peaceful, those warm brown eyes creating an invisible barrier between me and him and the world.
Leo, too seemed to be gazing, up and down my body. As I noticed him stare to stare at my chest area, with a mild blush, I quickly waved away his glance, and folded my arms so he couldn't look. A few seconds later, Leo gave up in exhaustion and unexpectedly leaned against me, making my body push against the palm tree looming behind me. He scooped up my hand into his palm, and carefully stroked my cheeks and hair. By the time, he leaned over and started to press his lips against mine, my cheeks were as boiling as the inner core of the Earth. I eagerly kissed back, which caught him off guard. Soon my tongue was penetrating his mouth and he had a firm grip on my waist.
So this is what making out for a long time feels like, I thought with such sex hormones inside of me which were pretty much bursting like fireworks. I had a very eager urge to strip down my clothes and cuddle with him, but thankfully my hormone calories were not so high as I expected.
Moments later, I felt my body being lowered down onto the cool night sand, cooling my hot temperature body like about a thousand degrees. By the time, our lips finally parted, we were drunk with an awestruck feeling and a lot of raging hormones still raging inside of us.
As I snuggled next to Leo Valdez, I looked up at the silver breathtaking full moon, that seemed to fill my body with hope and good feelings. Hope that we will escape this isolated place. Good feeling that Leo and I had officially fall into the love trap. Together we had tamed each other.
