Just the Beginning

Sadie P.O.V.

I was going to kill Carter. He just happened to forget to tell me about Greeks, it isn’t something you just forget! I had made it to the 21 nome and I was mad. I found him in the library. “Carter!” I yelled he jumped up. I was walking towards him at a you-better-run pace “Did you forget to tell me something!”

He looked nervous than I realized everyone was staring at us, even though I was mad I wasn’t going to drop something like this on everyone. “Fine Come on” I dragged him not getting him any choice. We ended up in my room. I closed the door and stared him down.

“So...what’s up sis?”
“What’s up that’s what you say well I was out chasing the dog statue when I met a girl named Annabeth, fought a god who just happened to be a combination of not only Egyptian but also Greek. Oh what am I forgetting, yes, there are Greek demigods and you met one without telling me! Does that seem about right.”

Through out this he went pale probably because I had just dropped all this news on him and I was yelling at him towards the end. I heard on knok and realized the whole nome had probably heard. I opened the door to find Jazz standing there.

“Um....Hi you don’t look that good so here's a healing potion and ya.” She left kind of fast. Probably because I was about to kill my brother and nobody likes to hang out with me when I am mad, for obvious reasons.

I closed the door. “Remind me to thank her and can you sound proof this place.” I said while sitting on my bad

“Why do I have to do it?”

“Do I look like I can?’

“Far enough.” He got up and did it while I drank the healing potion. It was good but after having what Annabeth gave me it wasn’t as nice. After he finished he sat down and looked at me.”What happened?” he asked me, so I explained. Unfortunately he just seemed to get paler but I bet I didn’t look to good either.

“Well tell me what happened to you?” He told me but most of it I knew already but it was funny when he told me his fight with Percy “Well we are going to have to tell the others some time.”

“Ya.” he muttered “That will be fun though with your yelling they probably already heard.”

“Hey, if you hadn’t thought, Oh Sadie won’t find out so I won’t tell her the biggest thing sene finding out about us. Then yes” He glared at me but I didn’t care.

“Come on I can see your tired go to sleep” I would have objected but I was to tired. I fell asleep with no dreams, I woke up to a buzz on my phone. I looked at it. It said two words and it was from Annabeth.

Come quick.
