Other physical descriptions: She has a good tan from being outside in the sun so much. Hair is almost always stuffed up into a french braid, but she has little 'frizzies' by her face that she doesn't know how to manage. Freckles dot her nose and top of her cheeks. She has a bit more baby fat on her face than most kids her age, leading to teasing from her siblings. Caroline terrible tan lines from her shorts and tank top, even some around her ankles due to almost exclusively wearing high-tops. Her eyes are a darker green, but are quite round and big, almost doll-like. She has a small mouth with perpetually chapped lips, from being far too lazy to re-apply chapstick every ten minutes.

Personality
Positive traits: Caroline is a great listener, and keeps secrets. This turns into her listening to confessions from her cabin, and some other campers. She has a bubbly personality, always ready to meet new campers or pull pranks, though she isn't ever the mastermind behind them. She tends to surprise new camper with sarcasm, seeing as she looks so sweet that she wouldn't have a 'sassy' bone in her body.

Negative traits: She has terrible endurance, causing half of her training to consist of breaks. When meeting new people, she tends to embarrass herself by mishearing words, continuing to talk with misinformation, making a joke that doesn't get laughs, or even tripping over herself from excitement. She doesn't have a very thick skin, and cares a lot about how people see her.

Fears/Phobias: She is afraid of the dark.

Fatal Flaw: She is too easily excitable, and she sometimes rushes into a fight too quickly thinking she can take on whoever the opponent is.

Backstory:
Her mother Joanna worked with the San Francisco Symphony, and she played the cello. She had always liked Greek Mythology, studying the muses. Apollo attended one of their concerts when Joanna was 23 and loved how she played the cello. After the performance, he found his way to meet her outside and complimented her. Joanna had thanked him and asked about his musical experience and taste, which lead to them standing there for at least twenty minutes having a chat. They made a plan to meet again the next weekend, which turned into dates, and Joanna getting pregnant. By then Joanna knew he was Apollo, and that he had to leave.

After Caroline became a child attending school, she went back to work. There she formed a relationship with a saxophone player named Marcus Monroe. They started as friends but mutual attraction developed, and they began dating when Caroline was in 1st grade. They married when Caroline was in 6th grade.

Caroline always saw Marcus as a father, and even called him dad sometimes. They had a great relationship, they could've been best friends if they had gone to school together. Marcus always told Caroline she looked so much like her mother, which Caroline would brush off. She could go to him for homework help and social situations, and she relied on him almost more than her mother.

Until she was 13 she lived a normal life, when her mother sat Caroline down during spring break to tell her about Camp Half-Blood. She barely missed an attack via basilisk, which she told her mother about as soon as she got home. Joanna explained about Caroline being a daughter of Apollo, and that if she stayed here longer she would be in danger. Since she didn't have training monsters could kill her more easily. Caroline packed for the summer during the last few weeks of school, and Joannna drove her to New York the day school ended.

She spent the first few weeks of the summer in the Hermes cabin, but was claimed by Apollo in July. She maintained a good relationship with people she met, since other kids found her 'too tiny and precious' to be mad at.

Combat-related questions
Camp: Camp Half-Blood
Weapon of choice: A spear, obtained from the armory.
Powers and Abilities: Vitakinesis; she works in the infirmary and helps heal patients. Using her power takes a lot of energy from her, and she only used it twice. Both times she ended up passing out on the floor, since she had healed large gashes that ambrosia would take too long to fix. When she passed out after healing, ambrosia would work on the wounds. She used it in the Battle of Manhattan to help Annabeth (I am bending canon, for the sake of fanfiction).
[Well, it's a small bend compared to what everyone does which is bend canon to make their OC the star so I can accept this.]
