Not this again (On Break)
Freedom
After escaping the so-called "inescapable" cell I figure if I stick around I'll just be locked up again or maybe worse. I decide that trying to join my friends is my best plan of action, but first I need to get some supplies.
Sneaking into the big house was surprisingly easy. If a harpy got too close I would just sent a gust if wind to blow it off course. When I neared the door I slowly opened it and peeked through.
I heard voices echoing from the war room, but no one was in the foyer or living area. I slid between the solid oak doors and leave the door slightly ajar in case I need to make a quiet, fast exit.
I approach the a door with a sign saying "Prisoner Belongings", bingo. As I begin to open the door I hear the voice begin to near me. I silently slip into the closet and ease the door closed.
"An eye for an eye; a tooth for a tooth. The Romans need to pay for the loss of Greek life." I hear a fimiliar female voice shout. "Clarisse, the Romans were without a proper leader, Reyna would never attack us. I think we should repay the favor for saving us from from each other" Chiron calmly replies.
"Too late, I already have one of my brethren as a deeply planted spy in Camp Jupiter." Clarisse mischievously responds. "I don't have time for this I want you to return to your cabin and we'll discuss your punishment in the morning" Chiron says. "Punishment? For what?" Clarisse complains. "For overseeing a deliberate act of distrust against the roman. Now, that is all the patience I have for your ignorance tonight." Chiron annouces.
"Fine" Clarisse yells then I hear her combat boots stomp out and her slam the door behind her. Then Chirons hooves moving away from.
I wait a minute or two to make sure the coast is clear before exiting the closet. With my sword in one hand I start to cram supplies in a back pack I found in the closet (man I wish my sword could turn into a pen).
Focusing on the essentials I grab some water and beef jerky. Then as quietly as I entered I exit.
But something's different the aura eminating from cabin one is different. Usually it's cold and uninviting, but now it's warm and comforting.
Hoping my father is trying to help me I sneak over to the cabin. I see me fathers hippie statue standing there, but I felt as if it was trying to give a hug. Which is unusual from a normally laughably nonchalant statue of the ruler of the sky. I drop my bag on the floor and pray to my father hoping to be reunited with my friends.
"Father, I know it has been a while since we last spoke, but I really need your help. Could you please assist me in my travels to Seattle."
All of the sudden I feel the roof calling to me. I run over retrieve my bag and sprint up the stairs to the roof. Once I reach the roof I see a massive storm rolling in.
Then out of no where I see a bolt of lightning streak across the sky.
The bolt redirecting it's course and struck me. I thought my father was tired of me asking for favors and decided to just strike me down, but to my surprise when I open my eyes I'm on the deck of the Argo II.
When I turn to my left I see my friends walking back to the rope ladder and the ruins of what was Seattle sprawn out in the background.

So to any wondering there are two reasons why I stopped updating this story. 1. I was having trouble accessing my account (which is why I’m on a second account now) 2. Life kinda got in the way. I don’t have any plans on continuing it simply because I can’t remember my original direction for it.
