The last thing I expected at midnight was a knock on the door of my cabin. I mean, it wasn't light’s out yet, but it wasn’t expected. We all had to be in our cabins by curfew. I got up and peeked through the window, seeing Calum and Amira.
“What are you guys doing!?” I whisper-shouted at them through a crack in the door. Amira shrugged and Calum looked at his shoes.
“Keeping watch?” Amira tried, and I shook my head. I stepped onto the little porch and closed the door behind me.
“Why?” I asked, still hushed. Amira glanced around, worried someone would hear us.
“Um, this may come as a little shock…” She said, quieter.
“Someone thinks you’re the spy.” Calum told me, looking up. I frowned.
“No. I haven’t even seen Luke since he left Camp, not to mention the fact I hate him.” I stammered, looking around. I could see how people might think, if they didn’t know me.
“They say you’re trying to learn Percy’s weakness.” He shook his head at me. I glanced at Amira, who looked around to make sure nobody was watching. She looked ever to me and nodded, running back towards her cabin. Once the darkness enveloped her, I looked back at Calum
“Any idea who this person is?” I asked.
“Half my cabin doesn’t acknowledge you and Percy being platonic. It wasn’t started by my cabin, though.” Cal reassured me. It didn’t help me very much, so I kept frowning. After a long silence, I gave Cal a hug and went back into my cabin. Castor and Pollux were in some heavy debate, and noticed my mood.
“What’s the problem?” Pollux asked me as I sat on my bunk.
“Someone thinks I’m the traitor.” I said, frustration and anger coming through. Above all I was upset.
“Get some sleep, you’ll figure it out in the morning."
As I ruined another dummy, Percy approached me.
“Hey, Grape.”
“Grape?” I asked incredulously.
“Well, Mr. D is the god of wine-”
“I got it, Water Shoes.” I cut the head off a dummy, stuffing going everywhere. To avoid him, I made sure he wasn’t in my peripheral vision, even though I could feel his stare bore through me head.
“Why so hostile?” He asked, slightly hurt.
“Careful Percy,” I huffed, “Someone thinks I’m getting in your shorts for info.” His frown deepened, and swiftly disarmed me.
“Both of those things are wrong.” He stated, adding, “And the only person I want to get in these shorts is Annabeth.”
“You’ve told me, hm, way too many times.”
“I’ve told you like three times.”
“Three times too many.” I felt myself crack a smile, so I grabbed my sword and began walking away. Of course, he followed me and kept poking at why I was avoiding him.
“If you wanted to show them you aren’t a traitor hang out with me!” He pouted, slumping over to meet my eyes.
“Why not hang with Annabeth?” I asked, purposefully not answering.
“Because I’m not gonna be listening and she’s gonna ramble and ask me questions!” He whined, resting an arm across my shoulders. “Please?”
For a moment, I was going to give in. The thing that saved me wasn’t much better than saying ‘sure’ to hanging out with Percy. It was Clarisse screaming for my head.

“They say you’re trying to learn Percy’s weakness.” He shook his head at me. I glanced at Amira, who looked around to make sure nobody was watching. She looked ever to me and nodded, running back towards her cabin. Once the darkness enveloped her, I looked back at Calum
“Any idea who this person is?” I asked.

I am so sorry for not updating! I've been bogged down with assignments and such and barely had time on this site. I do participate in an RP, but writing involves me sitting down for a long period of time and no switching back and forth. Writing takes a lot out of me! Love you guys so much!
