Piper's P.O.V
It was a no-brainer that I was going to be popular at this school. I got all the attention and I saw guys having interest in me. Yuck, dating. The school was like a prison but you got decent food and you took classes. There were a few classes to choose from: Music, chorus, or band. I decided to go with Chorus because all you did was sing with a group, easy grade. Now, I got to meet my teachers.

I expect them to be mean but they were the complete opposite. They were so excited to see us and welcome us that this school didn't feel so bad at all. Well, some teachers were over the top but most were fine. My least favorite class was gym because it was like a military camp in there. 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, and 5 minute planks. At lunch, everyone wanted to sit with me but this one guy got on my nerves.
"Hey cutie, what's your name?" the guy asked.
People told me his name was Dylan and was sent to this school for going to places for 21+ year olds (I'm not getting into detail).
"Shy huh? well that's how all girls are, you will get used to me soon enough." Dylan winked at me.
Now I seriously hated his guts and was debating on throwing my vegetables in his face but I decided against it. Before Dylan could say another word, I was saved by the bell.

Leo's P.O.V
If they gave awards for how many times kicked out of an orphanage I would win the title. This was like the third or fourth one now? Eye-witnesses said that my hands magically made fire and I burned the bully. Fortunately for him, he was still alive but now everyone fears me. I made it to the news and I doubted any orphanages would accept me. With my luck, I wasn't going to survive another year or get a foster home. Today was my lucky day, an orphanage accepted me and I was surprised but I didn't get my hopes up. I was probably going to be kicked out of this one. I was on the ride there and saw a magazine I could read. The cover said "Piper McLean: Can she be trusted?" I read through the article, she could use a speaking tone which could get any one to do whatever she wants. That sounded like my power where I could use fire to knock out someone I hate.... Could Piper McLean and I have similar powers?
