Nightmares
Chapter 1
I woke to annabeth having a nightmare.
"annabeth. Annabeth. It's okay. I'm right here. It's just a dream." I said waking her up.
"Oh percy. . . " she said. She started sobbing. A sob that made my heart ache. To protect her and to promise her that everything will be okay. But I couldn't do that to her I know it wouldn't. But I didn't tell her that.
"You-you died and then. Then like appeared he-he said that I could've prevented it and-and. . ." She trailed off still sobbing.
"It's okay annabeth I'm here. I'm with you. That's what matters."I hugged her closer to me. And set my chin on top of her head letting her sob into my shoulders.
"He said-d that I could've saved" her voice cracked. I tried to stop her from talking but she insisted," he said-d I could've saved b-bod and damasen"
"annabeth we did what we could. We did what we could." I held her there for a long time.
And we were silent.
"I'm sorry percy." She said
"annabeth there is nothing to be sorry for." I said
"but-" I cut her off by lifting her chin so she was looking me in the eye.
"Nothing." I said. And kissed her a passionate kiss that I let explain for me.
"I will love you forever and always wise girl" I said.
"I love you too seaweed brain." She smiled weakly at me and she later there for awhile and soon I could hear her breathing softly and snoring silently and I knew that she had fell asleep.

Go I was going somewhere with this when I started and then I got too wrapped up in the moment so this happened and I must say I'm quite proud :)
