Forbidden Love
Heart beats fast
You see him at last.
Though it’s only been an hour,
You meet him in the bell tower.
The love is forbidden
So the two of you manage to keep it hidden.
Your hearts flutters at his touch
The boy you miss so much.
That’s how you know you’re in love
With the boy whom you constantly think of.
You stare out your window
Your head on your pillow.
As you dream of him all the night long
Even though you’re told your love is wrong.
He visits you in your sleep
not making a peep.
He smiles as he kisses you goodnight
Knowing that, in love, the two of you will unite.
No matter what they say
They can’t take away
Your love.
