My ending

I hesitate. Chirons right technically I already do Mr. D's job but I don't want to be more than a camper. I don't want me friends thinking they have to obey me but I also don't want someone like tantalus running my camp.
"Yes." I tell Chiron. He nods like he knew this answer all along.
"Very well then. We will announce it to the camp at dinner."
Dinner? That's so soon.
"One question: can I still sit at the Poseidon table?" Dumb question but I honestly didn't know the answer.
Chiron seems to think this over then he says that it shouldn't be a problem.
This is going to be drama.

Two hours later everyone is one is sitting at the pavilion. Well everyone except the Hypnos cabin who pretty much sleep day and night.
Food gets whisked out and everyone makes burnt offerings to the gods. When everyone is seated yet again Chiron stomps his hoof and everyone falls silent.
"As part of the war, Zeus had felt that Mr. D had done his part at camp!" He says gettingn right to the point. Many do not comprehend this for a while.
"So Mr. D will no longer be activities director. Instead someone else will. This person is a camper." I take an interest in my shoes while the other campers digest this.
"I believe that we all come to agreement that this person should very well be percy." The ares cabin spits out their drinks which actually makes me laugh.
"What?" Clarisse asks.
"Percy Jackson is our new camp activities director." Chiron simplifies. A whoops and yeahs are let out throughout the pavilion and I start to think maybe I still can be a camper and activities Director. Weird.
