My ending

The next days past in a blur. The Romans started making plans to head back to camp Jupiter because as of right now they were sleeping on cots outside the cabins. How the camp had so many cots I had no idea.
Annabeth, Reyna, and Chiron made plans for annabeth and I to go to camp jupiter to finish up with school snd start college. I was estatic about that but I still seemed to be in a daze.
I didn't realize the day would be so soon. I knew I would make home at the other camp, in fact it was my other home, but I dreaded the fact of leaving this place.
Katie came up to one day and told me that Chiron wanted to see me at the big house. I was in the middle of my sword fighting lesson. I told the class they were dismissed which they seemed pretty happy of. I was a tough teacher. I worked them hard and didn't go easy on them but they learned that way. I learned that way.
I followed Katie towards the big house.
"Do you know why I'm being dragged along to the big house? I asked.
"Nope." She said popping the p.
Okay then I thought myself.
When we got to the big house Katie turned around and smiled at me. She said goodbye then raced off in the other direction. She so knew why I was here.
I decided to let it pass and headed towards the back of the big house. On the back patio Chiron and a few satyers playing pinochle.
"Well percy hello." Chiron said as if he hadn't known I was coming.
"Uh,hey." I responded. Smart answer percy i thought to myself.
"Uh, please take a seat."
"okay then" but I took a seat across the table diagonal from him.
"We have matters to discuss." I nodded for him to continue. "As I assume you know- as I hope you know - you will be going to camp Jupiter to finish school in two days time you may also go to college there if you wish. Also have you been informed of the position of mr. D?" He asked.
"Uh, what position?" I asked clearly unsure of what he was talking about.
"No, I suppose you haven't then. Alright then. Well, Mr. D is no longer camp director for Zeus had deemed that he had helped mortal heroes because of how not once but twice his campers have saved the gods." I rolled my eyes at that.
"Wait then who will be camp director?" I pondered aloud.
"That is why you have been called her percy. We hope it to be you." He said. It took me a moment to comprehend what he was saying. Me. Camp director. Seriously?
"uh, why not someone who has been here longer like annabeth or another one of the athena campers?" I asked.
"Percy, you are the hero of this camp. You may not know it but you are already camp director in many ways. Yes annabeth has been here longer. But you are the role model of this camp and, ah, well I believe you teach new demigods better as well as- in nothing but respectful to the gods - a more... Patient and non-forgetful person to be qualified as camp director." Chiron explained.
"But how would I do that form new rome?" I asked.
"You will indeed be traveling back and forth. It will be tough but I believe you are the best choice. The only choice for this position. So the question is do you except?"
