Annabeth
I can't wait to tell Piper, I got us tickets to the the concert! Our favorite band, the Heroes, is playing here! I pulled out my phone and texted her, Saying to come to my house because I had something amazing to tell her.
We sat on the back porch with a bag of chips.
" I can't wait any longer! What is this big important secret you have to tell me?" She exclaimed
I smiled " I got us tickets to The Heroes concert next Saturday!"
" what! Really? This is awesome!" Piper screamed
" it gets every better, I got us back stage passes, so we get to meet the band!" I yell
Piper nearly passed out with excitement. We ran upstairs to my room to go plan.
"I can't wait! Should we wear our band t-shirts, or would that be weird? Do you think Jason has a girlfriend?" Piper asked
" calm down Piper, we should definitely wear the t-shirts. And who cares if Jason has a girlfriend, Percy is way cuter!" I tell her
" Annabeth you know Percy doesn't have a girlfriend, he's said it in dozens of interviews he's waiting for the right girl, but Jason.... Who knows!"
" let's go, the we don't want to be stuck in traffic.
We jump into the car and head to the concert.

Percy
I grabbed my guitar played played it again. I haven't told the other guys yet but I had been working on a new song, " grey eyed beauty". I don't know why but for a while now I've been having dreams about a beautiful girl, with blond hair and stormy grey eyes. I've never met her before but there's something familiar about her. I have no idea who she is, but I have a feeling I would meet her soon.
" Hey percy, you ready?" Jason asked as he walked into my room
Before I could hide it he snatched the paper out of my hand and read the song
" who's it about? Why didn't you tell us?" He asked
"I dunno, I um just wrote it." I lie
"Percy I know you, you don't write songs without us,and the stuff you wrote... You couldn't "just write it" without have meeting someone."
"Lately I've been having these dreams, about this girl" I tell him everything about the dreams
" well maybe she'll be at the concert, come on we got to go or Hedge will be mad. Gleeson Hedge our manager is a short, hairy and very violent man. He could be annoying but we kept him around, we don't know why.
It was a good concert, we rocked it. We were in the middle of a song and during my solo, I saw a flash of blonde hair,not the usual blonde hair that I see all the time, it was different. Then I see her eyes, grey, storm grey. She was the girl I've been dreaming of. I froze. I stared at her and she stared at me. I was paralyzed, until our drummer,Leo came over and hit me on the head. I finished my solo, but I couldn't stop staring at the girl.

Annabeth
Oh my god. He looked at me, not the casual glance as he looks around the crowd, he actually looked at me. Stared at me. He froze, the music stopped. I knew the cameras followed his eyes to me, but I didn't care. Percy Jackson, a celebrity, part of the best band in the world, couldn't possibly notice me. Could he? Piper, hit my arm and I stopped staring, but he didn't. The rest of the concert he was looking at me.
" so you ready to go meet them?" Piper asked once the concert was over
" ready as I'll ever be" I reply
" have you and percy met before? Because he seemed to notice you?" She asked as we walked to the backstage
" no, we've never met before. He doesn't know who I am" I say
" are you sure because you perfectly fit the description of the girl in the song he was writing about" says a voice
We turn around and see Jason Grace, looking right at us, as if he was a detective, and we were the clues to a unsolvable mystery.
" what do you mean I fit the description of the girl he's writing a song about" I dare to ask
" I mean he's been having dreams about a girl, who he says well looks like you. So he wrote a song about it.
We stand there awkwardly, I didn't know what to say, and neither did Piper.
" what ever, we'll figure it out later, your a guest here, you probably want to meet the band"
" well I just met the only band member that I really wanted to meet, hi I'm Piper" Piper says looking at Jason
" nice to meet you Piper, I'm Jason. Let me give you a personal backstage tour" he offers
Piper looks at me not knowing what to do.
" go on, I'll be fine"

Percy
The second I step off stage, I know I'm in trouble, I see Hedge, rapidly typing on one phone and talking on the other. I walk over too him, and he finishes his phone call.
" you Perseus Jackson, are in big trouble." He roars
" I'm sorry" I whisper
" I'm sorry? Is that the best you got! You could have lost your record deal! What were you thinking. All of the work is asking who is she? Why did you freeze? The cameras got a picture of her!!!" he snarls
" there was just something about her.
" just something about her! Who is she?"
" I don't know"
" well we can talk about this later, there is a group of girls with backstage passes you need to meet."
I know I have to talk to them, but I hate it.they all expect spending 10 minutes with me and the rest of the band will get them a chance at my heart. I walk over to the backstage lounge, and sit on the coach. I realize there's a girl next to me and look up, it's her the blonde hair girl.
" hi I'm Annabeth" she says
" Annabeth, that's a pretty name, I'm Percy" I stupidly say.

Annabeth
After Piper went on a "tour" with Jason, I went to the lounge and sat down on the sofa. I got to talk to a few of the other band members, like Leo Valdez,Nico Di'Angelo and Frank Zhang. They were cool, but they recognized me as the girl that Percy was staring at and realized I wanted to talk to him, so they went to the other fans. I texted Piper, to ask her if she was okay, she sent me a picture of her and Jason together at some ice cream place, so I figured she was having fun. When I was ready to give up, and leave Percy came in, and sat down right next to me.
" hi I'm Annabeth" I find myself saying
" Annabeth, that's a pretty name, I'm percy" he replies. He offers to show me around, but we stop in a room and pulls out a piece of paper and his guitar.
" I dunno why, but lately I've been dreaming of you, and I wrote a song about it....would you like to hear it" he offers
" yeah I would"
The song was amazing, better then any other song I've heard before. When it's time to leave, I give percy my phone number. All the other girls with backstage passes are mad but I don't care. I spend a lot of time with percy after that. Eventually we started dating, but it was hard, he was always busy with a new album or on tour. I love him, but it's hard with him in the band.
Four years later
Percy
What I am supposed to do? I love being i the band, but I love Annabeth. I don't say a word on our flight to New York , I know she'll be waiting for me but what do I say. Leo notices my silence and comes over.
" what's up?"he asks
I don't say anything
" it's about her isn't it"
" yeah"
" follow your heart man"
" I wanna marry her, but..."
" but?"
" the band....."
" man we' ll be fine, in fact we're all ready to stop and settle down."
" you sure?"
" yeah man, do what you have to do."
I know what I need to do.
