After the Last Olympian Back to his internal depression, Nico DiAngelo travels deep into the shadowworld as he tries to forget of the demigod whose changed his life forever. He can't stop thinking about him, and regretting everything of the past.
Nico doesn't realize the downworlders when he reaches the suburbs of New York City. Saved by a shaodwhunter, Nico decides to give in to his aid, and begins to attach to his savior. Can Alec Lightwood convince Nico to go back to the demigod camp, or will Nico find himself fighting downworlders, and running from his shadows for the rest of his life?
