Life Sucks

Percy pov
I look across the table into Annabeth's eyes. She reaches for my hand and we sit there, gazing at each other.
She breaks the silence, "Percy, I got a promotion."
I smile saying, "Oh my wise girl, you should own the company." She blushes as the waiter arrives. We order, and she begins to look at her wedding ring.
"So beautiful, Percy. It's just beautiful." I laugh, "Annabeth, we've been married a year and a half!"
"Oh I know, but I just..." Her voice trails off. I pick up my wine glass and take a sip.
"Let me tell you, our wedding day will NEVER be any less beautiful."

Time lapse; after dinner

Annabeth pov
"So wise girl, you ready to go to ordinary life?"
"Oh Percy! Can't we just stay in the city! Your slightly drunk anyway!"
He laughs, "Hardly." He puts the keys in the ignition and begins pulls out of the parking lot.
"SHIT!" He slams the brakes and everything goes black.
