It took a lot to get Annabeth asleep last night. She was more panicked than I was before Frank splashed me.
It took warm milk, a hot bath and hours of counting sheep… Me being me, I dressed up as a sheep and jumped over the bed for like 3 hours. Then I curled up to Annabeth and slept. I slept kind of peaceful for a demigod. Mild dreams of death and monsters. The usual. I woke up to Annabeth squirming from a bad dream. I shook her awake.
“You okay Wise Girl?” I asked in a sexy whisper.
“Yeah. Just a dream… Of you.” She said groggily.
“Me? What an honor.” My usual morning antics.
“You… died … in my arms.” She started to cry.
“Hey. I’m right here.” I hushed her and held her and rocked her. “I’m right here. I’m not going anywhere.”
“You had a cut just below your belly button. It was a sword wound.” She said in between sobs.
Suddenly the dream I had a while ago fluttered in my mind. The dream where Luke almost killed me. “I’m not going to let him hurt me or you or the kids.” I kissed her forehead. “I am never letting him touch you or kids. I’ll get in the way and take the blow if I have to. He is never getting his hands on you.”
Her sobbing lessened. “I love you Seaweed Brain.”
“I love you too Wise Girl. Now, lets get up and dressed. We’re going home today right?”“That was the plan. Frank and Hazel are coming too. If that’s okay?”“Yeah, The gang will be all together again. That’s great!” I smiled.
Annabeth muttered something under a big sigh. I think she said I was hoping that it would happen. But I don’t know.
We met up with Frazel for breakfast. We walked hand and hand, me and Annabeth. I loved her. It was silent but a comfortable silence. I would stare at her until she looked at me and blushed. She was cute when she was flustered.
“So, Percy. Have you and Annabeth decided what you want to name the kids?” Frank asked.
Annabeth answered for me considering I had blue pancakes practically hanging out of my mouth. “Luna Grace Jackson for a girls name and Alexander James Jackson for a boy.”
“What about the second one.”
Annabeth’s eyes widened. “Oh gods. I totally forgot. I don’t know. I’ll look up some good names later.”
“HAHA!” I laughed with my mouth full.
“PERCY! How many times to I HAVE TO TELL YOU, DON’T TALK WITH YOUR MOUTH FULL!” She yelled. Everyone turned to look at Annabeth. “What? It’s disgusting.” Silence. “Whatever, I’m not hungry anyway.” Annabeth stormed off. “Annabeth! Wait!” I yelled to her. I got up as fast as I could. I sprinted to her. “Hey, are you okay?” She was crying.
She sniffed. “I-I don’t know. Percy, why is this happening to me. I don’t cry Why am I crying? I can’t stop.” She was now hyperventilating.
“Hey, hey, hey. Shhhhhh.” I pulled her into a hug. I stroked her hair she shushed her. She calmed down, breathing normally. Well as normal as you can after breathing nothing but poisoned air for almost a month. “Can we go back to breakfast? I’m so hungry.” Annabeth asked.
“Of course babe.” I kissed her forehead and we walked back.
When we got back Hazel jumped up and hugged Annabeth. “Hey, are you okay? What was that about? Oh, Annabeth.”
“Yeah, I don’t know what came over me. Hormones maybe?” Annabeth guess was spot on. That’s when I decided to lightly read a pregnancy book to help me take care of my one and only.
“So, you guys are coming back to Camp Half-Blood today?” I asked to confirm with them.
“Yep.” Frank answered. “we heard some rumors of some Jiper drama and we wanted to make sure they were okay.”
Annabeth smiled. She just smiled. Didn’t say a thing just smiled. What was she planning? My birthday isn’t for another month. “Well, I’m glad I’m not the only one worried about Jason. He’s my bro.” I finally said.
“So, Percy. A few people have came up to me and said they would like to buy the apartment. So today at 10 they are coming to sign some papers and we have to move all the furniture. To where, I don’t know. Hazel, do you know of any place we can keep the stuff? I would hate to give or throw it out.” Annabeth informed. She was good at informing people of stuff like that. She also made it every obvious that she wanted to keep the queen sized bed, the table and chairs, the couches and stuff you need for a new home. Which we don’t have. We are planning on living just outside Camp Half-Blood, in case of emergencies.
“You can keep it with my stuff in the back of the fifth cohort.” Hazel suggested.
“Thank!” Annabeth beamed. She was so cute. I had to kiss her then and there or I would explode. So, I did it. I gave her a long long kiss. I tackled her to the ground and straddle her. She grabbed my face. I had my hands by her ears so that I wouldn’t crush her completely. I leaned my head to the right, center, and left. Then left, center, right. Over and over again, until I was satisfied with the kiss.
“Dam, Percy. Trying to swallow Annabeth again.” Frank teased when I helped Annabeth back up.
“Yeah, um. Sorry about that Wise Girl. You were just so cute I had to kiss you.” I blushed.
“I liked it.” She replied, biting the left corner of her lower lip. “I really really liked it.”
“We should go move the furniture.” I said to excuse us. So we could go somewhere more private to finish what we started. Now I wasn’t going to bang her again and risk having triplets, but I could tell Annabeth wanted a bit more.
