The Demon's Lullaby

Chiron left us to the campers in the campfire. But suudenly the fire froze. My campmates froze, too. When I looked up, a woman in white dress started walking towards me. Her steps can be heard because her steps made the grass to solid ice. I looked at DJ, his blood-red eyes are shining with anger and fear. I saw Percy at the corner of my eyes- which is a good thing because he's not frozen. But his footsteps got the Evil-Ice-Queen's attention. She walked towards him but Percy didn't seem afraid.
"Khione," he said. So this is Boreas' daughter. I've read about her in our Mythology Class.
"Yes," Khione laughed. "Nice seeing you, son of Poseidon." She smiled at him, a cold smile. Percy looked at me without saying anything- but his message was clear- I got this. Get out of here. I nodded and turned to DJ, who was staring blankly at the heavens, maybe pleading for help from his parent. I grabbed his shaking hands and led him to Cabin 7, but we're careful not to get Khione's attention. By the time we reached the cabin, I woke Will Solace, our cabin counselor. I told him what's happening and by the time I finished, he woke the other two sleeping campers.
"Don't let this boy get out," he pointed to DJ. The two nodded and we ran towards the campfire. When we saw Khione, his blue eyes shone with anger. But he set that aside and ran to our fellow campers. He gestured to me to follow and he asked me to help him bring the sculptures towards the cabin. I pulled the nearest sculpture, which is Leo, and carried him. I don't know if it was just because he is scrawny or these sculptures are really light. In no time, we had the sculptures in the cabin already. Will sang in Ancient Greek and turned his eyes to the heaven and muttered, "Dad, please defrost them," and voila, the campers are sitting on our cabin floor.

We followed Leo to the Hephaestus cabin and get something in his bunk- a golden wire. He turned to us and told us the plan.
"It's dangerous," I argued.
"And I love danger," he ran towards the campfire and rushed towards Khione.
"Khione!" he called out. Khione turned and blasted him with ice but he burned it. Will and I followed the plan- since we don't have choice. We rushed towards Percy and Will did what he did to the others. In a matter of seconds, Percy was already by our side and Annabeth run to his side and promised to explain. Leo saw that Percy is defrosted already so he pulled out the wire and tied Khione by doing his cowboy moves.
Chiron walked towards us and gave Khione to Argus. Chiron walked towards us and congratulated us when suddenly DJ came out of nowhere with a glowing pink aura around him and majestic clothes.He is now claimed.
"Hail Daniel Clarckson! A son of the goddess of love and Lady of the Doves, Aphrodite!" Chiron announced boldly.
"What did I do?," he cried. "Shooing a winged person makes me claimed?"
"Winged person?" a girl behind me asked. I turned, and realized it was Piper McLean, daughter of Aphrodite. "The Boreads?"
"If those are winged person who has ice powers, well yes."
"But why did they do this?" Annabeth asked.
"Maybe because of this." Rachel replied as she held out something from her pocket. A glowing set of cards. She set down a card with an anvil and a fiery hammer and the ice melted. "These are the Sacred Cards. Each card is dedicated to a god," she picked the card she laid down. "And I'm giving this to you, son of Apollo," and she gave it to me.
