The Demon's Lullaby

"To me?!" I asked.
Only Chiron didn't seemed surprised. "Why not?"
"Because.." I said, thinking of answers. "Because I'm just new!"
"So am I when I had my first quest." Piper said.
"Because I don't know how to control my abilities. Actually, I don't know my abilities."
"Just trust your instincts," Jason said. "When my memory was taken away, I didn't know my abilities but I just trusted my instincts."
"Because..." I didn't finish my answer because of Leo.
"No because's!" Leo said. "Anyone who wants to argue?" he faced the campers but no one argued.
"So it's Christian who's keeping the card," Percy announced.
Suddenly, Rachel glowed green and green mist starts coming out of her mouth.
"The Olympian birds are locked in a cage,
Waiting to be freed and unleash their rage.
The half-bloods of theirs shall go on the trip,
Or the world will be in an endless sleep." Then she fell in Nico's arms and silence fell around us.
"Why should we save birds?" DJ asked.
"Maybe it has a different meaning." a girl walking towards us said. When she is almost in front of me, I realized that she has an owl symbol above her. "Like, uhm, Aphrodite is a dove?"
"Yes!" Annabeth said. "And, girl, you're claimed by Athena?"
"Behold," Chiron announced. "A daughter of Athena, Jade Andrews."
"Let's talk about that later." she said. "Uhm, who else are the birds?"
"Athena is an owl." Percy said.
"Apollo is a swan, I think?" I said
"Zeus and Hera are birds." Jason said. "Zeus is an eagle while Hera is a peacock."
"So let's choose." Piper said. "I think this is the quest that Apollo said that Chris will be taking."
"So Christian for Apollo, Jason for Zeus and Hera, Piper and DJ for Aphrodite." Nico said.
"But why does Aphrodite has two saviors?" Rachel said.
"Because DJ has to be trained but he can't do the quest all by his self." Chiron said.
"Me and Jade for Athena." Annabeth said.
"I also need one camper to help me!" I said.
"I'll go." Will said.
I faced him. "Oh, thank you." I said.
"So our heroes are complete." Leo said. "This way, guys. Argo III is ready."
