Not Really A Hero

Stronger Than She Looks

Andrew hid underneath her bunk as she drew the latest design her class that night. Her siblings had given up on teasing her years ago. She'd come to camp as a very small child, maybe seven or eight. She was twenty now, and in college, and she was the only daughter of Ares that Ares probably hated with a passion.
She waited for her phone to go off with the Alarm for her to go to school. She was the only demigod to be unaffected by using a phone, she never sent off a flare for some reason, Chiron could never figure it out, so like Annabeth, she also had a phone on her.
A knock sounded at the cabin door, which was weird because the cabin was empty except for her so who could possibly be there? She peeked out from under her bed and saw Miles standing there, looking worried.
Andy sighed, that could mean only one thing. "Who is it this time?" she asked.
"Drew," said Miles. "Roxie tripped and dumped a whole bucket of green goop on her."
Andy got up and followed Miles towards her friend. "How'd she get green goop?"
"The Stolls gave it to her," said Miles. "Three guesses why."
Andy didn't need three guesses.
They found Roxie and Drew in the middle of the courtyard, a group of people already crowding around them. Roxie was crying already, saying over and over again that she was sorry as Drew ranted.
"DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA HOW HARD THIS IS GOING TO BE TO GET OUT?!" Drew demanded, growing louder with each word.
Andy sighed, "Drew!" she shouted, calling the attention towards her. "Shouting at Roxie will get you no where, can't you see she's already having a panic attack?" Andy knelt next to Roxie and hugged her, stroking her hair. "Get lost, Drew." There was no emotion what so ever in Andy's voice, but it wasn't the first time Andy treated someone so rudely. It was, however, the first time Drew received it from someone so, well, outcast. She didn't like it.
"I don't care!" she shouted. "Let the little wreck have a panic attack! She deserves it! Look at my hair! She's destroyed it!"
Andy's fingers clenched in Roxie's clothes. Roxie snapped her head up. "Andy don't," she whispered."Don't do it."
Andy's eyes blazed with burning anger. "Let her have a panic attack?" she asked, standing up. Her voice came out a little funny, her temper was finally getting the better of her after all those years at camp. "How 'bout we let you take a bath IN THE LAKE?!!!!" Andy grabbed Drew by the collar of her clothes and her wrist. It appeared as if Andy would slam Drew to the ground, but Andy was far stronger than she ever let on. Drew flew through the air and fell hard in to the lake.
"STOP TREATING PEOPLE LIKE SHIT, YOU BITCH!" snapped Andy, her red orange hair sprouting a flaming tiara.

Notes

I don't know why but I like the idea of Fire and Ares. Probably because of the description of his eyes in the first book.

'Sup guys, I'm back! Meet Andy. I think you'll like her.

Please rate and comment, y'all know I love feedback!
