Should I forgive

Percy's POV
I was run to my cabin but was stopped by my dad. "Where are you going? Going to do something just to get attention?" He yelled. More tears started to fall. I couldn't believe it my own father doesn't believe me."No I-" " I am very disappointed in you I like your brother Jacob better he will be my new favorite son." I was speechless how could he do that? I was about to run off again but he reached into my pocket and grabbed... Riptide."No!" I yelled at him but that just made him more angry." You DARE talk back to me? A GOD!" He shouted at me. "No I am talking back to my father and I know mom is going to be mad that you are yelling at me." I mumbled but he heard me."Not any more. I Poseidon disown you, your no longer my son or a demigod and your mother will be proud that I finally got rid of you!" I felt all the power within me fade and I felt like I was going to die, or throw up. Who knew that taking away someone's power would make you queasy? Poseidon stormed off and I ran to my cabin falling over a lot and running into my door...ouch. When I got in my room I had mixed emotions. I was angry, sad, and confused all at the same time, which gave me a splitting headache. This must have been what Zeus have felt when he gave birth to Athena, poor Zeus. I packed furiously and wrote a note to the people who believed me then ran to Thalia's tree. " Goodbye old home" then I ran off to talk to my mom, and maybe have a blue cookie or two.

*now at Sallys house*

I walk into the house and kept hitting the walls I was still dizzy. When I got in there no one was in sight. There were broken glasses on the floor and a lamp. All of a sudden I heard screaming in my moms room...oh no. I rushed to my moms room but I was to late. One of Gaea's monsters smiled then disappeared. I ran to my mothers and Paul's dying body's and said I am sorry. "Don't be" mom said then took her last breath. I sobbed, I had lost everything. My fa- Poseidon appeared behind me and said, " look at what you've done. You killed your parents just to get attention you are a nothing little mortal and you will always be a nothing." Then he disappeared. I burnt their body's. I did what I just did...ran.
