The Daughter of Hera

Okay, so I'm Brittany Estrella. But you know that already. Don't you? Today is the first day at Goode high school! Life is already good at Goode! Know why? Because I was selected as captain of the cheerleading team! So, I was just standing around looking like cool girl that I am when I noticed him. He is like, the hunkiest hunk that I have ever seen. He was talking to some blond girl, but that didn't matter to me. "Well hello there handsome." I said. "

Uh, hey", he replied. The blond girl glared at me. I ignored her.

"What's your name?', "I'm Brittany.", I said with my signature smile.

"Um, hi Brittany. I'm Percy." The blond girl was still glaring at me.

"What?" I said the sweetest voice that I could muster. I braced myself because I knew what she was going to say before she even said it.

"Well, Brittany, I am Annabeth Chase, and Percy over there," , she said as she took a step closer to me. "is my boyfriend, so shove off!", she said and then actually shoved me.

"Hey!" I yelled as she stormed off. "That hurt!" She ignored me, and Percy turned around and smirked at me before running off to catch up with Annabeth.
