The Daughter of Hera

Greek Mythology Class

Yes! It's finally 6th period, which is when I have greek mythology with my friends! And when I say my friends, I mean literally all my friends that go to Goode have greek mythology in 6th period! When I walked in, I was all like, "OH. MY. GODS.", and then everyone started laughing. Although all my friends were there, to balance it out, Brittany was there too. Brittany was kind of freaking me out. She already had a ton of friends, and monster's usually have a lot of other monster friends. And Grover says that she smells funny. OH! And that's not all, she was attracted to me, and I don't blame her, I'm totally handsome, but she might have been attracted because she could smell that I was a demigod. I told all this to Grover and Annabeth, but Annabeth just said,

"Calm down Seaweed Brain, you're just nervous seems how you've never made it through a year of school."

"Hey!", I protested.

"Well, it's true.", she said.

"Hmph. Whatever Wise Girl.", I retorted.

"I second what Annabeth said to calm down, because Brittany doesn't smell funny like a monster, she smells funny like a demigod.", Grover said.

"How could she be a demigod?", I said. "I mean, she's just so... I don't even know." "I mean like, who's her godly parent?"

"She smells powerful", Grover said as he sat down. Annabeth and I sat down next to him. "She might be Big three."

"Hmm..." "I don't know, she doesn't seem like Poseidon, Zeus, or Hades.", Annabeth whispered, because class had started.

"Hera?", I suggested, as I started rummaging in my bag for my pencil.

"Don't be silly Seaweed Brain, Hera can't have children, she's the goddess of marriage, and she's married to Zeus.", Annabeth, who already had a pencil out, replied. The teacher overheard what Annabeth had said.

"Could you repeat that, miss, uh..."

"Chase. I'm Annabeth Chase.", Annabeth answered.

"Ah, I see, well, miss Chase, could you repeat what you said before?", the teacher asked.

"Hera cannot have demigod children because she is the goddess of marriage, and she is married to Zeus." Annabeth said to the class.

"Good job, Annabeth!", the teacher told her.

"Demigod.", Grover said.

"Huh?", I asked.

"The teacher, he's a demigod.", Grover replied.

"Oh, gods, there's so many demigods here", Annabeth said. After class ended, the teacher walked up to us.

"I heard you guys' conversation.", he said. "And yes, I am in fact, a demigod. I assume you guys are too?"

"I am a demigod son of Poseidon, Annabeth over there is a daughter of Athena, and Grover is a satyr.", I told the teacher. Annabeth looked at me like I was crazy.

"You can't just tell some random person who we are! What if he's actually a monster or a-a-a mortal that's pretending to be a demigod! Maybe he's like Rachel and he can see through the mist!", Annabeth said to me.

"I assure you that I am none of those things.", The teacher said. "My name is Mark Perlmann, and I am the greek mythology teacher at Goode high. It's a good thing too, like the pun? Anyway, as I was saying, It's a good thing that I am the greek mythology teacher at good high, because I am a son of Athena."

Cool, I always thought this was a great idea for a fanfiction

Oh yeah, it happens to me too. It's irritating to say the least. You should be able to fix it if you want, but it's not necessary, just a thought :)

@theteenagefandom
I'm sorry, I wrote it like that, but when I posted it, all the paragraphs disappeared. :)

I like the idea behind your fanfiction :) Maybe separate your speech bubbles so your chapter is a little more organized (It'll help you with your length too)
Have fun! :)
