Shadows of the Night
Summary
Summer of 1986 - Danielle Rodriguez is counting down the days until she and her best friend, Tiffany Brown, can sneak out of Camp Half-Blood and attempt to live a normal life in New York City. Of course, those plans are torn to shreds when Hephaestus summons the two to help him defeat the awakening of a giant in Boston. With growing feelings other than just friendship between the two, and the hanging notion that they might not get back to see their newly purchased apartment in New York City over their heads, the duo rush off to save the country from potentially getting destroyed.

Seventeen-year-old child of Athena. Outcast among the other campers, best friend and love interest is Tiffany. Has an overwhelming need to just feel normal despite both her sexuality and godly descent.
Tiffany "Tiff" Smith
An seventeen-year-old self-proclaimed child of Aphrodite. No one really knows who her godly parent is. Danielle's best friend, and protector. She has a strong connection to the stars.
