If you're not feeling inspired then try this exercise called 'word vomit'. You pretty much just write down (by hand) anything at all that comes to mind and keep writing for five minutes straight, no pauses to think. If you can't think of anything to write then you write 'blah blah blah' till something comes to you. If you go back to your actual writing after this then the ideas will already be flowing and it'll be way easier, or at least that's the idea. It works really well for me, it might not for you but it's worth a try. Just something I learnt at a writing workshop once and has always come in handy.
Seriously, keep writing it's so good!
