The Demigod Games

Annabeth:

As I veer off from Percy, Sienna follows me, leaving Jake and Percy to fight. As I feel Sienna start to get nearer I begin to prepare. As soon as a feel her directly behind me, I spin around slashing with my dagger. She ducks to avoid and she falls as she loses her balance. I’m on her in an instant stabbing down at her chest. She rolls away before my blade makes contact and she’s on her feet in the next moment.
“It’s not going to be that easy.” Sienna says, grabbing her knife from her arm.
“Try me.” I hiss venomously. We circle each other before she lunges. I spin out of the way but a bit too slowly. She catches me in the arm, barely grazing me, but it stings. All of a sudden I hear Jake yelp. Sienna whips around, dropping her knife in the process. Percy had already managed to make a large gash on Jake’s chest.
I take Sienna’s distraction as an opportunity. I tackle her to the ground and she manages to twist, landing on her back. She grabs my arm that grips my dagger and tries to force it away as I fight bring it close to her face.
“You tried bitch. But you failed.” I snarl. I press down, putting all my weight on my dagger arm. It makes it’s way closer, and closer to her face. I smile victoriously as I force my arm down further. All of a sudden she lets go of my arm. The dagger plunges into the wet ground next to her. Before I realize it, her elbow connects solidly with my nose. Immediately my nose starts to leak blood, and my eyes are so watery I can barely see.
She pushes me off with a sudden force. I fall on my back and the last thing I see is her face before she slams my head onto the ground.

Sienna:

I slam Annabeth’s head into the ground and I see her eyes roll back. She’s still breathing, and I know I have to kill her, but I can’t bring myself to. I kneel, lift her and bring her to my chest, ready to plunge my knife into her.
All of a sudden I hear Jake scream my name. “Sien-” I hear and then it cuts off with a wet gurgle. My heart drops to my stomach as I turn around to face him across the clearing.
Percy has Riptide impaled in Jake’s chest, directly where his heart should be. In horror, I see Jake’s figure go limp as tears stream down my face. I hear the despised cannon go off, signaling the end of his life. Percy pulls Riptide out of Jake’s chest and lets Jake’s body drop to the floor.
“NO.” I scream. Percy whirls around just as I take my knife and draw across Annabeth’s throat. Immediately blood gushes out of her neck, coating my hands. Another cannon goes off and Percy falls to the ground, a raw scream ripping from his throat as he begins to sob. I throw Annabeth’s body to the side, and I start running to Jake’s body, and Percy to Annabeth’s. As I throw myself next to Jake, I feel my knees sting but I hardly care. Staring at the mutilated body of the one boy I really loved,, I suddenly lose track of reality. I’m so far gone, that I almost don’t hear the announcement.
Almost.
“Ladies and gentlemen. The winners of the first ever Demigod Games. The daughter of Zeus, Sienna Delarosa and the son of Poseidon, Perseus Jackson.”

Notes

Okay, I know I took 8 months to update, and I really have no excuse. I was just being lazy. Okay but, this isn't the last chapter. I have 1 more, and then the epilogue. I already wrote the next chapter, so I'm going to be updating next week. I'm so sorry and I love you guys. Drop a comment below on if you liked it or not. Probably not.
